Bathrooms cold be better and cleaner. Good clean pools. It's a great place to take babys and children.

Poor management, not enough employees

Too expensive for a poorly maintained and overcrowded park. Not a place to enjoy and relax. There is not enough space for all the people that goes during the vacation season. Trash overflowing from trash cans, dirty restrooms etc.
Paid $250 pesos per person to enter at 4:00 PM, they closed the pools at 5:30 to 6:00, the website says they close at 9:00PM.
Will not return.

The best part of this park is definitely the aquatic area - ''Aquamundo". We had fun, however the bathrooms are disgusting. It is quite shocking for a park of such size not to have decently cleaned bathrooms. Also, there should be some more attractions offered soon as there are still very few games for adults.

Can't mention a positive thing!

I have been there as party guest in August 2015 and 2016, so I do not have an idea of the entrance cost but I would not pay a cent for it. It does not a have a positive side, which a pity as the park is in its 20th anniversary and it should be another icon of the city.

First of all, employees are mostly teenagers without training which do not give a damn for the customer experience. Most of the attractions and rides are in poor conditions and some are closed. The "OVNI" attraction is closed since my 2015 visit; this time, we also found closed the "Maremoto" and "Trenecito". We stayed 1 hour in the line for "Lanchas del Lago Contar" as they had 3 boats broken and only 2 passengers were allowed per boat. Water attractions are closed at 6, the park closes at 7, even on Fridays or Saturdays; employees are rude at closing times as if they try to run away from there as soon as possible. Closed areas smelled terrible.

Food is terrible and expensive. You will only find burgers, hot dogs and snacks. Water is also expensive, a $8 pesos bottle is sold in $25; it is not allowed to access the park with food or beverages, even water.

At the end of the day, they presented a show called "Fiesta" which was a great opportunity for the kids to be with the characters and take photos. However, the parade car looked like made by kids, not at the level it should be.

The park deserves a better management. There is a plaque at the entrance with the logos of 8 or 10 big companies which sponsor the park, I couldn't imagine how will be the park without those funds (if they even exist).

Not very well maintained and somehow expensive

This place has potential to be a very nice place but unfortunately you see trash around at all times, it is expensive if you take your family and it seem slike none care about this place just to get your money and that is it.NOT good.

Small ok theme park

Not too bad of a place, I was not impressed by it. Half of the rides and shops were closed, it's a small place and with half of it being closed was upsetting.overall ok for the price we paid. Aquamundo shuts down at 6pm.

i went with my kids several times in their younger years, but i definitely go again for them, the pools are clean, the rides are excellent, it is a bit expensive but you can stay there all day without getting tired. check schedules for the shows, do not missed that last parade.

This is the place to go...

It's a small theme park but the staff is very helpful, friendly and nice. Monsters are very friendly and playful with the kids so my toddler loved it.

The water park was a relief since it was a very hot day (Wear lots of sunscreen) but it looks like it had better days.

Some things need a good clean up like the changing rooms in the Aquatic park. No changing tables and rusted dirty floors with poor lighting.

Some rides where not working but it was not a big deal for us since our daughter is too young for them.

It's a nice place but it is a shame to see it a little bit let down. It has potential to be an awesome place for both kids and adults.

If your toddler is a Sesame Street fan, this is the place to go. It's super cheap.

We wouldn't mind to pay a little bit extra for better installations.

Is a good place for todlers and small kids, that know and like sesame street. There not too many atractions, the food is bad, and a little expensive (because quality is really low, only one kind of burgers, one kind of hot dogs, and that's all). But the shows with the sesame street characters are good, and kids enjoy that. In summer there is a water park, I've never been.
Watch out with the cup-cakes, are painted with colors that leave stains in skin for days, and in clothes will never leave.

This place is the worst park I have ever been to.

If you plan on going to this park think again you will just lose time and money. I worked there for about 2 years as a lifeguarde and it is the worst park ever. They dont contract people to pain the pools so they make the lifeguards paint even if they dont know how. It might not be to hard to paint but there are some stupid people out their. So by the time that they fill up the pools and get it ready for summer you can see paint coming off and it stays in the water. They dont have very good filters for the pools which means that every morning the lifeguards have to go into a green disgusting pool and try to clean it up. Sometimes I would find dead animal in the pool one time we found a snake not too big about a foot long and a small racoon but we would always find cocaroches and they would just take them out like nothing happened and the walls all green I cant believe I ever worked there but money had to come from some were right*
but if your young and wana hook up with some one this is the perfect place to go just make sure you go on a busy day*****
