I was a bit disappointed by this place. It is a beautiful and tranquil beach, with restrooms, parking lot, life guards... But it is not so well kept. I read that it was great for kids because there is a playground. But the playground is abandoned. Grass need to be cut and a lot of things in the playground are broken. We went in the end of november and there was still a lot of seaweed on the sand. It was the only beach in the island that still had seaweed (and we drove all around the island!)

Not the sort of place you can get too in a hurry, but as a destination it’s a must if you have transport. There are changing facilities and washrooms , plenty of tankers and beach space. However Mother Nature was not kind this year , with the Sargasso Sea weed on the beach....shame really, but it’s along most the east and south coast......

A nice stop for views across the East Coast. Stumbled upon it by chance by quiet and picturesque. Worth it

Stopped by here on our exploration of the east coast. When we went for a swim we were amazed by the warmth of the water & thought this must be why the beach is so named. However, looking through the TA nobody has mentioned this. It was just like swimming in a bath - warmer than west & south coasts.
Lovely cafe with simple & very cheap menu. We tried the macaroni pie just because we wanted to - and despite having had a fairly pricey (but good) lunch at the Atlantis.
You do need to take chairs but everything else is there.
A great little find which seemed popular with locals.

Each time I come to Barbados I have a stop over at this wonderful beach. The snorkeling is good and overall this is the best swimming beach on the eastside. We happen to be at bath beach during a very low tide and with this we were able to walk out and explore the tide pools..sea cats, urchin, and lobster were a few of our finds. After a nice swim and walk on the beach, it was very nice to have a shower available for public use as well as a little beach shack to enjoy a cold beer and snacks. Not many people around..a few couples, fishermen, and a family on the whole stretch of beach..felt like a hidden treasure. Fortunate for the times spent on this quiet beach!

We visited Bath Beach recently on a Monday. We had the beach to ourselves. Their facilities are the cleanest I have seen on the island! Lots of picnic tables. We had brought a picnic with us, and certainly enjoyed our day. There are no beach chairs, but we brought along folding chairs. Lots of parking right across the road.

Stunning beach very popular amongst locals! Definitely worth seeing but it can be a little far out for some people. Beautiful scenery!

Another example of a gorgeous secluded and tranquil beach on the East Coast of Barbados. I would definitely recommend that anyone visiting the East Coast should give this Beach a Visit.

This is a beach well worth seeing. There are clean loo facilities with a modern snack shop and wonderful golden sands. The beach gives acces to about 2 miles of sand and offers safe swiming on the Eastern (Atlantic) Coast of Basrbados. The photo opportunities are outstanding and beachcombing can reveal many different types of shells and fan/lace coral. This is one of Barbados' best kept secrets. We have never seen tourists on the beach after visiting the Island for many tears. This is a beach frequented by the locals - weekend crowds to be avoided so visit Mon-Fri.

Have no idea, but at the very end of the road from Bath Beach - past the parking lot, less than a km down the road which has beach front homes along it - you cross a one lane bridge and there were some small waterfalls there. But garbage too. Not even anything exciting enough to take a picture of. That is all we saw as far as waterfalls on our 10 day travels - and we went to a lot of places, putting on 1000 km on our vehicle.
