The views are unreal, calm seas for paddle boarding. Great for walking the dog 🐕🐶. Camped on the beach for two nights with kids and Mrs the last two nights weather roasting 👌, really worth the drive. Absolutely stunning place. However got two parking tickets even thou I had paid both days. You're ticket is only valid until 18 30, so each morning I had a ticket. £30. If you pay within 14 days. £60 if u leave it to after then. Joke. Will definitely contest it. But it won't stop me from going back. Hidden gem.. Also. They don't like family tents. 3 or 4 man tent's referred by the daily morning park/beach rangers.

There are far too many dogs at this beach. I witnessed a pitbull off its lead attacking other dogs. It was genuinely frightening. There are also loads of other large dogs tearing about near young kids. A lot of dog owners with no control over their dogs at this beach.

The beach and area is beautiful and such a shame that it has become a dog hotspot.

A wee bit rocky, but however still a fabulous relaxing walk, taking in the beautiful scenery. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely recommend this beautiful place, very clean and stunning views, parking (at the time of writing this) is £2 but remember to pay before 8am the next morning or you WILL get a ticket. If there were any negatives it would be the walk from the car park to the beach, its not far but if you have got lots of equipment, tents etc it can be a daunting prospect. Also, once you get to the beach, the winding path from car park is very sandy (it would be, its the beach) but pulling any buggies or any wheeled set up is difficult. Nice clean amenities with the most expensive Ice Cream van in Scotland parked nearby. After some exhaustive debates with the rangers, parking overnight is NOT ALLOWED, however unless you work yourself not enforced. Go, its brilliant!

A lovely beach with an array of rock pools for those adventurers. The sand is clean and plentiful and the scenery very pretty. The water doesn’t get deep for a while too which adds to the benefits of this beach. This is a beach I would definitely return too.

Short walk from car park to the beach, which is a great spot for walking dogs and having a paddle. Toilets in the car park are a bonus!

We went here for the first time at the weekend and will definitely come back! Water was very calm so a good spot to bring kids, go swimming or paddle boarding etc. Walk from the car park is around 5-10 mins to the beach. There is lots of parking which costs £2 for the day. Get here early if you want to park closest to the beach otherwise people overflow park on the access road making the walk MUCH further! There are Toilet & shower facilities. Also a kids playwark and forest walks.

Long sandy beach with associated car parking and toilets in the car park.
Beach stretches for several miles to North Berwick and is very sparsely used once away from the area adjacent to the car park.
