Every employee we came in contact with was just perfect. I want to write a separate review for each but this platform won’t let me. Rafael - Concierge, Juan, Heidy - Bartenders, Alvin, Pedro, Manuel - Waiters. Renaldo, Angel, Palanco - drivers and Alvin from the Beach were all just amazing. All of our wishes were met. All we had to ask and we received. This place and these people are all amazing. They became like family after 8 days. We were sad to leave. They will truly be missed. This was our 3rd trip to this resort and even though things were a little different due to Covid, it was great. This place focuses on customer service and it’s all about the guests. You would think that in 8 days you would run into an employee having a bad day but we didn’t or they just don’t show it like they do in the states. Everyone was happy to see us every time they saw us. They always said hello and went out of their way to ask how things were going and thanked us for staying with them. We will go back.

Our first time at a larger resort and we were a bit skeptical but we were very impressed the place is large but not too big, it was great that you had to walk a bit to get from one place to another it made it all the more interesting. The rooms and the resort where very clean, plenty of different meals to choose from and in the buffet area they would always show you the raw meat and fish. Also in the buffet area the fruit would be cut fresh as it was consumed. On the beach twice a week beside their on going barbeque they made roasted pork over wood and another day fresh fish made right in front of you. The entertainment staff during the day and night where fabulous, the chefs where very accommodating and our hats off to Christian the chef. One night we did not even complain the meat was tough but the manager noticed and he couldn’t have been more apologetic and trying to please us and we didn’t even complain. This is how great everyone was from start to finish. I truly believe the complainers are the ones that want to be served hand and feet.

My mother wanted to go on a family vacation and chose this place. Customer service was terrible! we had to ask for utensils, drinks and even napkins several times before we got them. By the second day I was done! I spoke to the buffet manager, and 3 seconds later we were flooded with attention. That only lasted through breakfast because the story repeated itself during lunch and dinner. Food was decent, but only at the buffet, so please do not waste your time at the other restaurants. I would say the coffee shop was a 3 out 5. It could have been a 4, but the attendants were so rude I could not take it! Customer service can totally make or break an experience and in our case it was totally shattered. We were left without towels after house keeping and the minibar was not replenished so I had no water to take my medications in my room. I called the reception and an hour later NOTHING! This place could be so much more, but most of the people who work here are so rude and inattentive it’s ridiculous! It was almost as if they made it their mission to not provide service.

We stayed here between December 2-9. Our butler Raul was outstanding. He truly went above and beyond for our entire stay. We’re not very needy, but anytime we asked if anything, Raul was very prompt in taking care of us. Whether it was a ride to a restaurant, to extra beverages. Raul the Butler was amazing. We’ll be requesting him on our next visit in May. Wayne Daigle

Ultimate Travelers Leisure Concierge Personnel: Polanco Jean Carlos Pool area: Emmanuel Israel (Car Personnel) Perfect 5 stars Jairo (Car Personnel) Excellent 10 stars Muchacho Flaquito con espejuelos del area de picinas concierge All these workers are excellent and very attentive to their people and needs. They deserve the best pay there can be and promotions. We just came back from there. Stayed from 12/27/19 thru 1/5/2020. Emmanuel is the best bartender ever very accommodating and friendly and humbolt with lots of respect towards clients. However we are member of the hotel for about (8) years and the Mini suite we were placed in was HORRIBLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. All concierge office personal looks for is for clients to upgrade their membership. We were offer the presidential mini suite only if we would of upgrade very disappointed on this stay regarding this part of the stay. Air conditioner was horrible very HOT in the room also pool was emptied out on Friday for maintenance which was very inconvenient.
