Cades Cove is a beautiful journey through the Great Smoky Mountains. Depending on the traffic flow of the day the ride can take you about 4 hours time. So many incredible views, valleys, wilderness and wildlife, historic cabins, beautiful streams and waterfalls, awesome hiking trails....More

First the drive to Cades Cove was beautiful. We went on a day when it rained really hard prior to going to the loop. Once we got to the loop we were rewarded with light traffic most likely due to the lateness of the day...More

Nice loop to see parts of the smoky mountains. We spent about a half a day doing the loop by the time we got out and walked around. It was neat to see the bears in their natural habitat.

Cades Cove is a beautiful place, one of my favorite places in the Smokies. The park rangers really need to start enforcing the rule about NO STOPPING ON THE LOOP! The traffic there gets really heavy and then some moron will stop their car (one...More

I don’t have any experience with pulling campers, so I’m not a very good resource for this specific question. I can say this...the roads within the park itself seem very well maintained. I would call the park itself for... More

All depends on if you’re going to stop and look at the old cabins, churches, cemeteries, or take a trail. If your just driving through and taking a few pics, I’d say an hour. Don’t forget travel time. It’s about 45 mins... More
