This was a small but very nice visitor center.. It had all the usual souvenir type memorabilia. Only complaint was unable to purchase cold drinks here and it was a hot day.

Center is small but clean. Nice place to stop midway around the cades cove loop. Nice area for picnic lunch. Restrooms are always clean.

We purchased a few things and made a donation. It is worth a stop while at Cades Cove. Most items are reasonably priced and of a good quality. We have been using and enjoying our GSMNP coffee mugs since we bought them here last week.

We planned a family gathering, we were going to meet when we all arrived at the Cove. We came from 3 different locations, but were unable to contact one another via cell or text once inside the park.

My kids loved looking around in the shop. Nice area to stretch your legs and ask questions. Kids will enjoy this stop.

We enjoyed walking around the visitor center and surrounding grounds. My brother bought a couple of bags of cornmeal and the gentleman was very nice.

Marie, there are no waterfalls in Cades Cove. It is the watershed area for Abrams Creek and it is a medium level difficulty hike to get back to Abrams Falls. It is the equivalent of 14 flights of stairs, each way. You have... More
