Nice climb up steps to get to this waterfall. It was simply beautiful! The climb is not bad at all and at the top there's a bench to take a rest if needed. The waterfall is a short hike beyond the steps.

Today we saw Meigs Falls and they were very nice. You can just pull off on the side of the road and see it. The only hard part is it is kind of hidden in the woods from the road. We would go back again!

This has always been a family favorite, because it can easily be viewed from the road. It is easily missed unless you know where to look and are looking for it. The stone lined pull-over observation area is the only indicator--one of the only stone...More

The gentleman at the visitor center in Townsend TN pointed us to this waterfall. You do have to be looking for it. There is a pull off area so you can get out and get a better look or take selfies. It was frozen and...More

On our way to Cades Cove from Sugarland Visitors Center we saw this in the distance from the road. We got out of the car and went to the edge of the road and sat on the rock ledge. We decided not to venture down...More

We stopped by on our way to Cade's Cove the day after a big rain. It was flowing! Beautiful little stop without any hiking which is great if you have mobility impaired people.

We were told about Meigs Falls and where to find it by staff at the Summerland Visitor Center. Oddly there is no sign for the falls just a sign indicating rough water or something like that. We easily found the falls on the road. It’s...More
