It takes over and hour to get from Gatlinburg to Cades Cove but it is a stunning drive. The road follows the twists and turns of the Little River and it was as enjoyable as Cades Cove itself. Just make sure you give yourself enough...More

Such a peaceful & scenic drive. Hearing the water rush by as you drive down this road, only in the smokies! Love it!

This is the best way to get to Cades Cove and is a fun drive with lots to see and do. We saw a mother bear and her four cubs just after leaving Cades Carole on our way back to Gatlinburg. It's a beautiful trip...More

The area is great for naturalist. If you are wanting to get away I would suggest that there are few places as beautiful as this. Most restful trip I have ever taken.

Beautiful drive with Meigs Falls and the Sinks along the way and Elkmont campground with its ghost own Daisytown and the older building back in the woods.

We took our time enjoying this beautiful drive, ending at Cade's Cove. The trees were magnificent and the river a delight. Certainly worth the time.

This is a really old question but Little River Road is a right turn off of Hwy 441S/Newfound Gap Road. It is about 2 miles from the Gatlinburg entrance. It runs in front of the Sugarland Visitor Center. Google Maps refers... More
