On Disney monorail route. Under-cover facility, halls can be warm/hot. Can be crowded in peak season pending Disneyland traffic. Many shopping options including a chain 300-yen store (popular with travelers). We encountered a beer festival there.

If you look for a dinner or something to drink outside the Disney parks then this is the place to go. Once the parks close a perfect option to avoid crowded trains and get food from Italian to Japanese and pretty much anything in between....More
