I can't find enough words of amazement for Taipei 101's structural design. Staring at it for minutes makes me think more of the bamboo plant which it was inspired from, the concept of resilience the plant transpires replicated to the building design - wow! Go...More

It is a landmark structure and the best sight in the evening, there is a waiting period but the best time is to find out the sunset timing and be there at the dusk to see Taipei in the twilight, Another first is the Drum...More

Being able to see the "ball" that stabilizes the building is fantastic. Also, they have an exhibition/store of coral up there that is beyond any I have every seen before. Well worth the trip up there.

The Taipei 101 offers great night views! The top observatory only view of the West side of the building. The inner observatory offers 360 degrees view of Taipei! Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to get up to the top.

It was very expensive for just a view. It was not worth it. The line was very long even though you choose a time for viewing they don't follow it. You still have to wait in line. There are lots of people might as well...More

If you are particularly interested in going up a skyscraper or/and up-market shopping, then it’s the place to go. Otherwise it’s just another shopping mall in any city.

The best way to get around is to take the bus or the mrt. Try google maps, we swear by it. Even with the language barrier it's spot on and accurate.
