We planned to do our Open Water Diver on Boracay and were looking for a dive shop. After TripAdvisor/Google ratings we had two possible shops left and with Lapu Lapu we found the one.
Checking the vacancies, we met Darwin, who warmly welcomed us. We have done the OWC in 3 days and did the Advanced right away because it was so much fun. Thank you very much for the stoking experience.
The place turns into a bar at night, so it will become your second home.
We will come back for the next Level;)

I went with my 12Y-O Kid for a Diving Baptismal this January.

IT is one of the Best experiències i had in my life and the crew is so friendly.

The Best thing about this place is that for a really afordable price, you get an instructor for just you.
Nothing about huge grups Diving at the same time with just 1 instructor... Only Me & my son

It was an enormous pleasure to be teached by Louie, such a profesional and funny guy that knows about Diving and he explained the things in an easy way for the Kid. Few minutes of pràctice in the beach and then got the boat to the reef for a 40min diving time that left us wanting yo repeat.

If you go to borácay and you are looking for a diving club have no doubt on choosing Lapu-Lapu PADI diving, and ask for Louie as your instructor.

Louie opened us a whole New underwater World and i have no doubt we will repeat with him as soon as we go to Boracay.

LOUIE I owe you a Beer and a TIP (i was só excited after diving i forgot to give it to you!)

We dove for a week at Boracay with Lapu Lapu and we can very much recommend the dive center. The crew was great and it felt like diving with friends vs just being a customer. The dive sites range from fun / easy to sites that can be a bit more sporty due to depth and current. We did most of our dives with Brian and can only recommend him. He picked sites well suited to the skill level and interest of the group (corals, airplane/ship wreck, drift). My wife took a Nitrox class - many thanks to Dan who made it a fun experience for her. Boat rides are typically around 10 minutes so you can come back between dives. If you are there and like to dive or learn to dive - this is a good place for it. Having a bar with life music for after diving helps of course :)

For reference, I am a DM and dive for 30+ years.

We had a great dive at yapak 2 with Brian and Darwin. They made sure that we reached the wall in time and even took photos of us. Couldn’t have asked for any better!

After getting our OWD certs at Panglao, we visited Boracay and made three dives with Lapu Lapu diving center. We were visiting a local diving equipment store and asked for recommendations on diving centers. They highly praised Lapu Lapu and after seeing that also here, you, fellow tripadvisors were giving positive feedback, we had no doubts when we booked the dives with Lapu Lapu.

The diving center personnel are highly professional and the whole shop is a nice place to hang out with it's relaxed atmosphere (and when the evening falls , the shop transforms to a quite nice bar also, with the scuba gear hanging on the walls acting as a nice decoration).

We had Bri as our guide underwater. Bri gave us a very good and clear briefings before each dive with detailed instructions on how things would proceed from start to end. Felt really safe through the whole dives having this professionalism with us.

The shop provides training in multiple languages so if you want to do your dives e.g. по русски, here you can do it.

So If you're ever visiting Boracay we recommend you to visit Lapu Lapu diving center for some professionally guided safe and fun diving.

I came to this dive shop to ask about upgrading from Scuba Diver to Open Water. I had had a bad experience from a previous dive shop in Malapascua and my hopes to get an upgrade or even dive again were very low. I was feeling like diving was not for me, since I was not able to finish my OW course on the other island. From the moment I arrived to this dive center the owner, NoNoi, was extremely kind to me and listened to all my concerns and my fears about diving. The next day I started my OW course. I had the best time of my life. The instructor, Darwin Tejada, was absolutely amazing. I could never thank him enough. He was very patient and very attentive. He just made me feel comfortable from the beginning and diving with him just felt good and fun. He would reassure me when I was feeling nervous, he would make me laugh and He really helped me feeling more confident. I absolutely recommend this dive center. After my OW, I also did advanced OW with Darwin. Again, I had so much fun. He turned my vacation around. I had been planning to dive for a long time, and thanks to the Lapu Lapu staff and Darwin, a dream came true for me.

Really awesome and professional dive shop. Brian took me out twice and shared loads of local knowledge. Great dives with good equipment. I dove at the Camia wreck and yapak dive sites. Both were good easy going dives with plenty of marine life. Brian made me feel very at ease. Would highly recommend this dive shop.

After a friendly welcome by the staff we were introduced to our dive master Brian, a very nice and chill guy. We made two dives which were great! We saw turtles and nurse sharks! Definately recommend this diving school.

I first messaged them on Messenger to know about their availability for the day after. They replied to me really quickly. I then went to the diveshop to set up the dive.
Talked to Max and Brian and they were really friendly !
Their equipment is good and the facilities aswell. They are located on White beach near D'Mall.
I was alone with the divemaster (Brian) on my dive. Too bad I wasn't feeling well during my dive but the coral and everything was really amazing.
I wish I had enough time to do my Advanced there.

I can't wait to be back !

We were the first time to come this dive centre and Diver Mastesr, Brain & Summer, were too nice, friendly and funny. Even if Typhoon was still going on that day, we also had excited and happy moment during diving. They also took care of us when diving. Looking Forward to come back again when the weather is fantastic lol.
Thanks so Much!!
