A great disappointment
Oct 2019
This has been a 'classical' fish restaurant, nestling in the rocks, on a lovely bay, North East of Ibiza town.
We have all been many times and know there is no menu : just a fish soup with potatoes and rice in a special sauce and a friendly atmosphere.
Well .. when I went a few days ago, the tables were really too close, too many of them, a huge table of young Spaniards joyfully making such a noise that we could be but silent. The food ? Lousy, totally uninteresting .. We left before the postre and a coffee. Indeed a great disappointment and we have given up on this place where we had all been so happy a few years ago.

Gorgeous beach
Sep 2017 • Couples
Gorgeous beach, safe waters. Take food and drink as there's only a small snack and drinks bar! You can walk round the rocks or swim round to the left and there's another restaurant that only services local fish, toilets available also.

Very small, secluded pebbly beach with fab cafe
Jul 2017 • Couples
Cala Mastella must be one of the smallest beaches in Ibiza. It is not well known so not crowded. It's not sandy -- Best to wear beach/water shoes and you need a mat if you're going to sunbathe. Still, the water is crystal clear and protected. The cafe Il Bigotes is on this beach --booked-out months on advance so I can't review!!

Fairly inaccessible but pleasant cove with small beach
Apr 2017 • Family
A bit of a hike but you'll find a pleasant cove with small beach. There are cliff paths to explore, a small restaurant open during the summer and a line of boathouses. Sheltered and good for swimming.
