A great evening, we were broken up into 2 small groups and got to see a few adults and chicks. One even walked past our son, he loved it.

We were totally impressed with our evening tour. Our guide was incredible. We saw maybe twenty of the little ones but it was worth every minute. Anymore may have been chaotic. Do not miss out on this if you have a chance to go.

This is very informative night with passionate tour guides. We saw a few adults that came out of the ocean and several babies. The lighting is dim as to not hurt the penguins and with rocks on the beach where you walk you need to...More

We were able to see only about 10 of them; no comparison to more than 200 of them two months ago in Oamaru Blue Penguin Colony, New Zealand. But the merits of this tour were: (1) we were split into small groups and could see...More

This tour is fantastic value for money & the guides are very knowledgable. The groups are small & you are within touching distance of these beautiful penguins. Our son straddled the path & the penguins walked between his legs! We were also able to place...More

What a fabulous tour!! Shirley was great, as was Max. When we arrived, I was a little worried as there seemed to be a 100 people and I thought it would be hard to see anything. I had nothing to worry about. Everyone was split...More

I visited low head with friends who live locally in December 2017. Whilst the opportunity to see fairy penguins in their natural habitat was fantastic, and not to be missed, I do believe the company organising the tours needs to limit the number of visitors...More

Our temperature in September could still be cold we suggest at all times of the year to dress warm for our penguin tour. Our tour goes for just over 1 hour
