I bought a shirt for my husband while I was on a vacation with my adult children.
He has worn the T-shirt twice and I’ve washed it three times. It is peeling already. I really never expected it to peel.....ever.
I would like to mail it back to the store to have it replaced, can you please let me know if that is possible. Right now you get 3 Stars, I did buy several other cute shirts there for myself and they are awesome.
I’m just very disappointed because I only got my husband one T-shirt, ( he doesn’t wear T-shirts very often he’s a suit and tie kind of guy LOL ) and of course that’s the one that’s going to peel.
If you replace this damaged product with a new one then I will gladly update the rating to 5 stars.
I will get back to you guys in a few days to see if anything happens.

You can find any thing for the beach here from suntan lotion to bathing suits, sunglasses, beach toys, tee shirts, flip flops, hats, sweatshirt, etc.

Want that gift t-shirt for your friend that couldn't come, need new sunglasses, sea shells for the kids, new beach towel, water boards, sunhat, etc. . . . . . . . you will find it here. Great selection and great prices.

Great place to purchase needed beach gear like sand buckets, umbrellas, body boards, and more. We always enjoy getting affordable souvenirs as there is an excellent selection of clothing and other unique gifts.

Purchased a snorkel set. 1 hr after purchase the flippers broke and would not stay on any longer. I immediately went back into the store to ask for a refund and they refused, said I can only exchange it for something else. The only other set of flippers they sold they did not have in my size and I was forced to get the exact same crappy flippers! I would have been understanding of their “no refund policy” if it had been 24 hrs, but it was literally 1 HOUR after the purchase. Then while trying to explain to the manager where the flipper broke on the unbroken one that one too broke IN MY HAND right in front of her, and she still refused a refund. I am local and use to shop here often, however I will never spend another dime in this store after this horrible customer service experience

Although I haven't been to this particular WINGS, I have been to several in Florida and North Carolina. Their logo says it all "Everything you need for the beach." Gifts for the whole family along with some of the items you forgot to pack. Swimsuits, sunscreen a towel, etc. and the prices are good. They have 2-fer deals on t-shirts, too.

Sorry...not sorry to say that we will never shop here again. We stopped on the way back to our resort to pick up a few souvenirs such as tee shirts, beach jewelry, etc. My daughter (adult) was helping me look for an ankle bracelet. All of a sudden one of the clerks comes over and asks my daughter to open her purse so she could search it Apparently she had found a tag that had slipped off one of the pieces of jewelry. My whole family was shopping there and we were embarrassed and offended by her actions. Others were in the store at the time and we were looked at as if we were criminals. My daughter went over to the rack of jewelry and found the piece that was missing a tag. Clerk still didn't believe it. First we thought about obliging her request to look in the purse. But, no. We showed her the bracelet with no tag. Believe me, we do not need to steal a 3 dollar piece of jewelry or anything else for that matter. We are now on a quest to let people know how Low Clas Wings is and that they should take their business elsewhere.

We were staying nearby and my father forgot his swimsuit. He has some health problems so I volunteered to go grab him one. Shortly after I got back to the hotel the beach closed because of respiratory issues caused by the red tide. I tried to return the bathing suit the next day. It was brand new, tags on and with the receipt.
My father didn’t even try it on because of the beach closure.When I went to return the suit I was only given the option to exchange it for something else. I would have never purchased it in the first place if I know of this return policy. I figured it was 7-10 days with receipt and tags on but I definitely would have thought twice if I knew of their incredibly strict policy since I was buying for someone else. Just ridiculous. Guess they don’t care because they don’t rely on repeat business but I strongly caution anyone in need of beach supplies to go elsewhere.

Sent to the Wings shop by Jensen Beach, Florida. We picked up just about every gift we needed for everyone back home while on our trip. The prices were GREAT & we got some really nice stuff!

Removed the tag from my sweatshirt I bought Sunday with family that was attached with a safety pin.
Went back today and was going to buy some bathing suits, dresses, oakley's, shorts and one of those rug jackets for my guy but my ankle was hurting and I was hungry so thought I'd pop over to 711. Little did I realize there was another tag in the collar. The sales man grabbed it and pulled me back and accused me of stealing this cheap sweatshirt.
Note: I took the receipt out of my wallet this morning but still had the gift card register and was going to call the cc company and show him I had paid. He said no. We can hold the shirt and you can bring back receipt. I'm like you expect me to walk back to my hotel in my bra. Oh hello no.
Thankfully the wonderful staff member that helped me Sunday remembered me and vouched that yes I bought two sweat shirts. Never in my life have I been so offended.
Here's a copy of the tag i removed this morning after my shower so you can see my shock. And, on top of it i would have thought they would have had security things they would have removed so these things wouldn't happen.
I did go back with my receipt to prove they were in the wrong. My reputation is everything and I've never stolen in my life. What is wrong with people. They lost a really big sale today.
I didn't get a real apology. Their floor staff of females are phenomenal but these two guys are horrid.
They don't even sell ankle bracelets or post cards which is what I originally went in for on Sunday but the nice lady said I could try the post office.
Avoid giving these people your money because they will treat you like garbage if you make the simple mistake I made.

Could you please answer a question for me ? A girlfriend of mine just took a vacation and she brought me back one of these Big orange blanket like things from one of your stores . It has strings at the bottom of it & at the top of it , it looks like a strap that looks like would be on an apron ( the part you slip over your head ) ? Could you please tell me what it is used for ? A chair cover ? I have no idea . Thanks
