Fantastic views make sure you are there for sunrise. We paid a tuk tuk driver to take us there and back, to home yourself would take a long time

I havent noticed a bus, but you can definitely take a tuk tuk (Rs. 1200 - 1500 from Olympus Plaza). You can walk down after seeing sun rise.
