It was beautiful. You imagine yourself in the Robin Hood / Romeo and Juliet era. All through the village you could find groups of flag throwers, stalls with traditional food and drink and other shows. Really worth a visit.

This is one of our must visits every year while we lived in Sicily! Small festival, easy to get to (parking can be a nightmare ... but parking in many Sicilian towns often is). Generally there are folk dances, a magician, tours of the "castle"...More
