About
Nestled in the hills of western galilee'lies the Kishor vineyard. It is here that warm summer days, cool breezes from the Mediterranean Sea,rich the terra rossa and lots of love combine to produce the high quality grapes for Kishor wine. We,the Kishorit members, produce the wine with pride. We are partners in the wine production from cultivating the vineyards to bottling and marketing the wine

Worth a visit

We tried most of the wines produced at this boutique winery and were impressed enough to buy some. The tasting room is set in a lovely landscaped area with a film explaining the running of the kibbutz including the vineyards.
Woth visiting.

More than just a winery

Dropped by the Kishor Winery while we were driving around northern Israel. What a great place. They showed us a video which explained how the facility worked. Essentially this facility includes a winery, a place that makes bread and cheese, a kennel and stables. It is staffed entirely with people with disabilities who all work and contribute as a team. This facility looks after all their needs for their entire life cycle. Very inspiring.
After the video we sat around with the manager sipping on some very good wines. This something worthwhile supporting.
