Climbing up the tower is a nice view. Not much else to it. If you are near by then it is worth a little time but not with going out of your way.

It was a privilege to visit this impressive landmark. We snuck up the winding stairs to the public library which houses thousands of books. The courtyard is quiet and a nice cool place to get out of the hot summer sun.
