Beautiful well kept property. We booked this hotel as part of our honeymoon. We were greeted with a big warm welcome. Loved the Caves and the thermal pool. As the pool is opened for external guests it is a bit crowded and messy. But they...More

Luxurious hotel with large spa and wellness facility. We booked it because of its central location in Tuscany. From here we made day trips to Pisa, Lucca, Vinci and Florence. Everything was within approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour driving distance. The city itself doesn't...More

Wonderful naturally heated swimming pool, the grotto itself serves as the sauna, very professional massage, cafe with reasonable prices. The entire place is very well run and organised starting with the lockers -- there are large lockers in the changing rooms and then small, roughly...More

Grotta Giusti boasts an underground grotto - which in itself is very interesting because of its formations, but honestly, you sit you walk through chambers called "Purgatory" and 'Hell" etc., so you expect a real sauna atmosphere when you get to the final chamber. but...More

This is a lovely hotel but our first impression was a little disappointing. We were met at reception by Alessandro who had an air of cold efficiency not the usual warm Italian welcome. There were a few issues with our room which were quickly dealt...More
