I have just had a horrible experience with Boot Solutions which includes fraud and conning your customers. I has visited the store multiple times in the past over the time of 6 seasons. We are consistent visitors of this grand and luxurious resort and I am complaining to inform about our previous encounter with your main store in Hirafu, Niseko. My brother, is an NZSIA level 1 instructor and has recently gotten multiple heel grinds to the boot and punching of the boot and these simple procedures seem to have not worked. He is still feeling uncomfortable. There seems to be no fix to this problem. He has visited the store multiple times in this vacation. To no avail. My sister also had a small issue with her boot where she needs a heel lift. The store came back with apparently having "fixed" this problem. There was no improvement in the feeling inside the boot. We went back on the 24th of December having thought that my sister needed a heel grind. We went into the store finding out that there was not even a heel lift. They said, "It must have fallen out". There would have been no possible way that the lift could have been taken out as the liner was never taken out. Furthermore, the service in this store was abhorrent. My sister is an expert skier, skiing the whole Niseko mountain including Super Ridge, Rub Royce and Mihirashi regularly once the runs are open. She can carve, ride bumps and handle tight tree situations. However, when going to the store with her 110 flex boot, she was scoffed by the staff saying, "Your boot is too stiff for you. You cannot ride on it. That is why it hurts." This should not be the attitude shown towards clients who are paying for this "exclusive service". The staff should approach the client to what they want and not judge them. This business is now a scam unknown to many loyal customers. How can it still stand proud when all he do to people who pay valuable money is to deceive them. This is not Boot Solutions and should be called "Boot Frauds". This is no longer a repair and tuning store. It is a boot shop who's staff persuade you to buy boots and waste money. Finally we went to a boot fitting store at Kutchan-Cho. It’s take a hour to find out and fix all the issue. It is better to find people with passion to work on rather then just work with a store with name but no passion!…

My partner and I went into boot solutions today and Rory/Rury (not sure of the spelling sorry!) greeted us. We told him about my boa boots breaking before even getting up the mountain, he asked if he could have a look and a few minutes later brings them back and they are fixed! He was so helpful and friendly and was actually happy to help us. Thanks so much!…

I can't remember my boot fitter's name but she was from Bolton I think she said, but strangely had a bit of Scottish accent. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Didn't force me into any purchases. I have skied with pains in my outside feet for years. Finally bought some new boots and custom liners (zip fit). Was a great investment. Would definitely come back to this place, only issue is that it's always packed and full of people, so it's difficult to get served…
