Attended this class on my own but was in a group of 4. Eri was very organised and spoke excellent English so was easy to understand and follow instructions. I cooked Ginger Pork, Spinach-goma-Ae and Miso soup. The food was delicious full of flavour and it was lovely to sit and eat with other non skiers. We'll worth the visit and I do recommend this class to people whom are not overly confident in their cooking skills.

Eri was lovely and the room was set up very well. The instruction was good and getting to eat the food for lunch while looking out over the snow covered landscape was the best. The plum wine was quite nice also.

Eri introduces beautiful Japanese food in an inviting setting overlooking the snow covered trees (in winter). She shares her knowledge and love of Japanese food and cooking in a very small group in this totally hands on experience - and the pleasure of eating it for lunch! We made Chan Chan yaki - BBQ Salmon & vegetables with miso sauce (yum), miso soup, and spinach goma ae - wilted spinach with sesame dressing. Lovely! Eri gives out illustrated instructions to take with you so you can easily purchase the necessary ingredients and impress friends with your Japanese cooking prowess! Eri is delightful, and I give Eri's kitchen my full recommendation!

The room was beautifully prepared and presented, the notes and lesson very well organised and easy to follow and the lunch sensentational. With some plum wine on board it was the start of a relaxing afternoon.
