I have never felt more comfortable leaving my kids with someone as I was with Eri and Nagisa. My children are 5, 3 and 7 months and they played with them, fed them and got them to sleep. They sent me multiple photos throughout their time with my kids and my kids loved every minute with them. My 5 year old asked for them to come back the next day. They brought toys with them and took my kids outside to play in the snow. I will absolutely use them again when we come back!!

Our in-home babysitter was outstanding. She was the nicest person imaginable and did so much to entertain our 1 year old. She provided constant updates throughout the day along with pictures which really put us at ease. It was very apparent that this is a highly professional service and I would absolutely not hesitate to use them again.

The babysitting service that Niseko Kids Club is an excellent service for the the Niseko area. We have been using this service for a few years now and always have great babysitters. This year we had Alice and she was great with our daughter and our friend's children.

My son Joshua 4 had a great time. Fantastic toys good food great location .. Teachers lovely. Photos sent to me during the day to show me what he was up to. Temperature checked on arrival to avoid spreading germs. They even went and played in the snow in safe area.

What an awesome daycare centre. Great online communication. Superb location with easy drop off at AYA Hotel just below the ACE family chair, right where the other kids had ski lessons with GoSnow. So this meant essentially only 1 drop off location in the morning. Very engaged staff, even went to the effort of ensuring a specific task/toy our child enjoyed would be setup so the first separation would be smooth. Lots of outdoor play still possible for the kids in their snow gear. Great photo updates of our child’s day using their Daily Connect App. Our daughter loved it which meant we could hit the slopes without a worry. Would highly recommend.

I had my 2 year old here for 6 days. Initially the first 4 days were only afternoon sessions but then I decided to upgrade the remaining 2 days to full day sessions.
The staff were professional and there is basically a 1:1 ratio of carers to children when my daughter was there. The carers are English speaking.
They had outdoor activities in the snow for the children too besides the indoor play area. Lunch and snacks were provided for full day children It was easy to drop my child off at the daycare, and head up the Ace family quad chair at Grand Hirafu resort.
When I was out snowboarding, I could log in online and check what my daughter was up to activity-wise.
I didn't get any calls from the Kids Club when I was on the slopes, so that was a relief.
The cost for day care is a bit pricey compared to Australian daycares, but then again the cost of holidaying in Niseko is expensive as the Australian dollar is worth only 70 Japanese yen.
Daycare rates are cheaper for children over 3 years old.
Would consider having my child looked after by the team at Niseko Kids club next time I'm here.

They're a great group of people that really did a great job of handling our little ones. Had a one year old and a three year old, early in the season, and they were the only ones. They did a great job of entertaining the kids and taking them outside. Their staff was also really engaging. This is not a simple "watch my kids" sort of daycare. They really played with them and tried to make them happy. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs to hit the diamonds or wants a night on the town alone. They're a little expensive, but worth it.

We contacted Niseko Kids Club very late one evening for a babysitter the following morning at 9am to look after our son who was ill. They contacted us immediately requiring information by 7.30am the next morning. The babysitter was with us by 9am. She was superb. Proactive (she organised a humidifier for our apartment as soon as she walked in!), bubbly, responsible with very good English. We did not have the need again to use her but would have time and time again if we had needed to. Thank you. Highly recommend your services.

Many thanks to you all for looking after George for the day, he loved the outdoor activities and variety of things to do inside, shame he was only able to spend 1 day there..

Comfortable and safe location aside, I have always noticed the carers at Niseko Kids Club offering very personalized care to our little one when we sent him. It was a first time at the club for our very shy and clingy boy with the ability to cry for an entire day if separated from either parent, we fully expected to get a call to pick our little one within an hour or two into the day but it didn't happen. When we returned, he was already pacified and playing. The day is usually filled with various activities. Plus point - the kids get to go out for a stroll too. Highly recommended.
