Our in-home babysitter was outstanding. She was the nicest person imaginable and did so much to entertain our 1 year old. She provided constant updates throughout the day along with pictures which really put us at ease. It was very apparent that this is a highly professional service and I would absolutely not hesitate to use them again. …

The babysitting service that Niseko Kids Club is an excellent service for the the Niseko area. We have been using this service for a few years now and always have great babysitters. This year we had Alice and she was great with our daughter and our friend's children.

I had my 2 year old here for 6 days. Initially the first 4 days were only afternoon sessions but then I decided to upgrade the remaining 2 days to full day sessions. The staff were professional and there is basically a 1:1 ratio of carers to children when my daughter was there. The carers are English speaking. They had outdoor activities in the snow for the children too besides the indoor play area. Lunch and snacks were provided for full day children It was easy to drop my child off at the daycare, and head up the Ace family quad chair at Grand Hirafu resort. When I was out snowboarding, I could log in online and check what my daughter was up to activity-wise. I didn't get any calls from the Kids Club when I was on the slopes, so that was a relief. The cost for day care is a bit pricey compared to Australian daycares, but then again the cost of holidaying in Niseko is expensive as the Australian dollar is worth only 70 Japanese yen. Daycare rates are cheaper for children over 3 years old. Would consider having my child looked after by the team at Niseko Kids club next time I'm here. …
