Decided on a local bus journey to Pietrasanta and we were not disappointed. This church has everything and is a delight from floor to ceiling. Marble, pictures, sculptures, all amazing, the doumo should not be missed.
Take time to see the art display outside.
When I arrived at 11am Sunday morning a service was just starting with 2 children beig s christened and a lovely childrens choir singing and a good number of people inthe congregation. So this added a delightful atmosphere which brought the Duomo to life.
