Stumbled across this by accident and it was such a great experience. Finding the ticket office and the entrance was not so easy as it’s not clearly signposted Well worth a visit

Iconic cathedral in the heart of Leon. Town square with nice fountains. Rooftop of cathedral is spectacular with white domes and views of the towns and mountains around it. Requires a ticket and shoes have to be off on the rooftop. Well worth it. Inside...More

I enjoyed exploring this cathedral and the view from the roof is fabulous. Staff were friendly and spoke a little English.

A must see when you're in Leon, but also worth the 3 dollars to go up. Staff is really nice and the view is amazing.

We viewed this from s bus as part of s tour from a cruise. Our guide provided information on the history. We did not tour grounds or building.

They have really cleaned up the church and it looks amazing now! You have to pay to go on the roof though . It’s $3

You have to take of your shoes so as not to make marks on the white roof or damage the ballustrades.
