We were taken down here by the Pacuare Lodge and it was really good. We went in mid March so the river was quite low which made for a slower and more technical descent. But there were still amazing gorges, waterfalls, places to jump in...More

To get to the Pacuare Lodge we had to raft down the pacuare river. We also had to raft out of the lodge. Pacure River is a class III-IV

The Pacuare River ( above Siquirres) offers a beautiful waterway where you can experience pristine tropical rain forest while white-water rafting on class 2-4 rapids!

You get driven to the breakfast spot, which is also where the rafting ends. You leave your luggage there. Although I saw locks on the shelves, not sure if they got locked. Perfectly safe. Only staff there. Nothing missing... More
