You must try the pumpkin ravioli! If you want a fine white tablecloth experience, this place is the best. The gardens and architecture are not to be missed.

We only did a walk through. It is a beautiful and old place. It had a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It used to be a church and monastery. The gardens are lovely.

Though we neither stayed nor ate here, grounds are open to visitors free of charge, and are exquisitely maintained. The several museums on the ground are worth visiting (for a collective charge).

Hotel Santo Domingo is a treasure for Antigua. The hotel is on the grounds of an old convent have been restored keeping much of the historical character. There are original walls, fountains and artifacts all around. The restaurant, bar and spa are all top notch....More
