We visited La Paz on our first full day in Costa Rica and it set the bar very high for the rest of the trip. Absolutely GORGEOUS property, wide range of animals in nice enclosures, and friendly staff. It almost felt like Disney-level design while...More

I've visited 3 times already and I'm always excited to go. There really is a sense of peace in the whole place, the animals are beautiful and the food superb. Get there early since it will likely get rainy anytime after noon.

Animals were in tiny cages and were very distressed. So sad to see. Please don't go there and support this horrible place. There is so much room for bigger enclosures but all the owners care about is making money.
