I walk or run here as much as possible. Great for your mental health & exercise. Escape the city without actually having to leave the city. There are so many entrances and exits into the area. Great for dogs or walking with friends. If you are like me; I go alone and just enjoy the views and the silence. There are symbols on the trees that tell you which trail you are on. There is also a map you can download online.

Great spot in Barrie close to residential and downtown. Great marked trails but completely immersed in nature. Trail running, dog walking and biking.

A great way to see nature and watch the leaves change colour. Trails well marked. It is an easy climb on the hilly trails.

This is a fair sized trail system within the city of Barrie in the southend. Busy at times but is great for mtn bike riding, hikers and dog walkers. The trial has recently been upgraded with signage making it wasy to know where are and to exit at all times. For the mtn biker there are tons of strata segments. Main trail is mainly flat a view small climb. Single track has some decent up and down sections.

A great wide open trail. Very quiet - not too busy. Lots of different routes make it a good workout if you keep at it.

The hiking trails here are fantastic and hard to believe you are in the middle of the suburbs sometimes. There are a variety of trail lengths for any user and lots of options for how you hike them. The trails are well maintained and well marked. A great place for a day hike in nature.
For anyone using the trails please do your part in keeping them clean and free of trash. If you notice a problem or vandalism please report it. Also if you notice any homes encroaching on the land (they like to push the line with sheds and expanding yards) note it and report them. They will be dealt with. Keep it nice so we have it for years to come!

The ravine system itself is lovely but the user experience is let down by poorly mapped and maintained trails.

Love walking through here whenever I get a chance. But I fear in barrie's ever increasing development push that this area will also shrink... Every sq. meter seems to be under construction including around this area.

A fun way to spend the day, hiking up small hills and checking out nature in a safe way. Lots of interesting trees, cricks, and wildflowers to see
