(Hurricane, LaVerkin, Toquerville, Virgin, Rockville, Springdale) Please note that if you are staying in St. George you will need to drive to one of the cities listed above.

- 1Grafton is the most photographed ghost town in the West for a reason, it's beautiful. We will tell you the harrowing story of the people who settled this town. Their story is more interesting than any of the movies filmed here, the most well-known being "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid." If you prefer to do more hiking or viewpoints on Kolob Terrace we may not have time for this stop but this is somewhere you can reach on your own and will give you directions if you decide to go later by yourself.

Candace and Hunter were outstanding in every aspect of the day. They brought to the tour their perspectives as life-long residents of the Zion NP area. Their marshaling of the history of the region, as well as their personal experiences, gave our group an extraordinary perspective of this beautiful area of our country. Candace and her adult son Hunter provided some local flavor, homespun stories, and visits to off-the-beaten-path spots. They took us in their personal vehicle to an abandoned Mormon settlement, a very cool Anasazi cave with pictographs, and a few nice overlooks. If you're into historical detail, Hunter has the answers. For local information, Candace had a lot to share.

This tour is a must if you would like to know anything outside of the basic trails of Zion National Park. The tour was both informative and entertaining! Our tour guides Candace and Hunter gave us so much history throughout the tour. Facts and history of not only the park but the surrounding towns. They drove us up Kolab which was beautiful!!! Gorgeous sites you cannot see from inside the park. We saw dear, wild turkey’s, and cows in the road! It was exciting and beautiful. Candace recommended an afternoon tour and I’m glad she did! The colors and shadows on the mountains were breathtaking. Thank you, Candace and Hunter for an amazing experience! We’ll definitely do it again!

Candace was awesome. She imparted her vast knowledge of Zion National Park and it’s surroundings. Candace showed us the often missed back side of Zion in the Kolob Terrace region. It was nice to get the ‘full’ view of Zion not just the center canyon via shuttle. Thanks Candace we enjoyed our trip!

Wow! Fun, informative, unbelievable scenery! Loved being off the beaten path. Learned so much about the local history. We would have never been able to find the places Candice took us to on our own. She kept things at our skill level for hiking and it was the perfect combo of scenic drives and awe inspiring hikes. Worth every penny!

Candace & Hunter gave us a great tour overlooking Zion Park. We also saw an old ghost town, Grafton. Both guides have lots of knowledge & were very good at showing us their backyard. You will enjoy & see beautiful views.

Private tour of the more remote areas of the park. We enjoyed it greatly. This was off the beaten path and is a very scenic area.

Great trip for a family or small group. Personalized tour with a guide very knowledgeable about the area, lots of information, we were taken places that are not usually seen by the general tourist.

Candace and Hunter were wonderful tour guides. They showed us views we never would have seen otherwise and they pointed out such as native American paintings on the cliffs. The colors in the afternoon were vivid, more so than those seen in the morning.

We are staying at the Red Rock Inn in Springdale. Could we get picked up there? If not, where do we pick up the tour?

If we choice the Lava Point option, is park admission still included? I noticed that it is listed for the Mt. Carmel Tunnel option, but not Lava Point. Thank you.
