Overview
Search for Yellowstone wildlife on a full-day, private tour that explores the natural habitats of bison, elk, bears, and wolves. Visiting Yellowstone with a private guide ensures you’ll have time for the things that interest you most, whether you’re snapping wildlife photos, learning about native plants, or watching awe-inspiring Yellowstone’s herds using viewing scopes and binoculars.
What to Expect
Meet a guide at your accommodations in Yellowstone, then set out for a day of exploring the national park’s wildest inhabitants.

The itinerary will be tailored for the best possible viewing opportunities, but you’ll travel through Yellowstone’s Northern Range, Lamar and Hayden Valleys, and the Yellowstone Lake area, taking in some of the national park’s most spectacular scenery as you search for wildlife.

Viewing scopes and binoculars mean you can get an up-close look at Yellowstone wildlife from a safe and respectful distance, and the guide will share details about native plants, animals, and ecology throughout the day.

So worth it!

We had a great day with Molly! No only did we see lots of animals, Molly bonded with our young girls, even the youngest who can be a bit ornery in the morning! Molly is knowledgeable, friendly and easy going. She was able to suggest...More

Sorry for the delayed reply, Some of the tour was by a 4x4 ranger, so not much walking involved. However, the geology tour did involve walking.
