    Pick up times are important.
    Unfortunately pick up time of 6:45 AM, didn’t happen until after 7:20. Guide explained he was waiting for 2 other couples at previous stops that were a no-show, sadly inconveniencing everyone else on the tour! Guide -Bon Jovy & tour were great and made up for the unfortunate poor delayed start.

    A great day
    We were picked up by our guide Ian, from our hotel for this full day of really informative and fun day exploring Oahu. Ian was raised on the island and knew so much about the history and culture, as well as being a great guy and lots of fun. To see where we visited just look at the itinery because there really is too much to put on this review.

    Great bang for your buck!
    The tour took us out of Waikiki to see the natural beauty of Hawaii. The guide, Ian, was a local who was entertaining and knowledgeable.

    Best experience tour experience I’ve had.
    My boyfriend and I chose to do some sightseeing since it was his first time in Hawaii. Sefo helped us book the attraction with ease. He was very thorough with all the information and even gave us other recommendations for activities as well. Ian our tour guide was A1. He was funny, knowledgeable and personable! We learned a lot and had a great time. Thank you for everything Sefo and Ian!

    Highlight of our Oahu trip, August 2023
    We did a North Shore tour with tour guide Jay on August 10 and it was the highlight of our visit. The stops and sights were beautiful and paired with Jay's explanations of the history and significance of those places, added another layer of depth and appreciation for the places you visit. Our family really enjoyed the engaging way he taught us Hawaiian words, legends and history (peppered with dad jokes, be warned) because it lets you admire the places you visit even more. He was incredibly welcoming and considerate and made this a great tour.

    Nut ridge Luau
    Captain Kirk was amazing. On our way to the Luau he educated us on the History of the Island, Culture and Sites. I will definitely book again with this company. My Wife and I both agree that it was one of the best Luau’s we’ve seen. Thank you. Mahalo

    Jay the best your guide ever!
    Jay is the best tour guide on the island. His funny dad jokes and knowledge of everything to do with the beautiful island of Hawaii is unmatched. He made learning and listening a very fun and enjoyable experience. We had some great stop offs for some delicious food and all the right recommendations in things to do not only on the tour but local places to visit too! Very much appreciate the great your Jay!     Sefo is truly amazing! He will help whatever you need whether it’s a ? To traveling the island or a nice dinner I would highly recommend him and his crew when your traveling to Hawaii

    Over Price
    The tour was nice just wasn't worth the money spent. I was charged $139 per person and still have to pay for activities and food. Therefore you paying $139.00 just for them to take you to the activity I guess. You better off going on Groupon to purchase or outside of the hotel to get a better price. It’s not worth the money spent.

    Not what I expected
    The falls were less than lackluster. The shrimp lunch was at 10:45 am. The macadamia plantation and Dole plantation were both just stores to make purchases as the stops were not long enough for anything more. I would not recommend this tour.

Very Rushed!!
I really dislike writing negative reviews but I wanted to write an honest description of the tour here because I use these reviews to make my decision as I am sure others do as well. First the good, the pick up was timely, the bus was clean and comfortable, the bus driver Tiho shared a lot of facts/history which was interesting. In prior reviews I have read that there is a guide and a driver on the bus but we only had Tiho. For the not so good - the whole tour was so rushed!!! We were running and rushing everywhere. Not just on the quick photo stops but even at the two main stops. The lunch stop was very early, which may have been to avoid long lines so I am ok with that but then we had only an hour at the Waimea Falls hike (one of the two main stops). We ran up the hike and back with no time to admire the beautiful flora along the way or swim in the waterfall. We were rushed at every step only to find out that we were too early for kayaking and had to spend 45 mins at a random shopping center to kill time. When we got to kayaking it was well organized and the company that provided the kayaks was great. The guides were very helpful but again no time to stop and enjoy the beautiful beach. I realized when we got back that we didn’t even have a picture of our son on his first kayaking trip (there was no time to stop even for a breath.) There were two other stops at the Macadamia Nut farm and the Dole plantation, these are purely commercial stops. I didn’t mind supporting a local business at the Nut farm and we sampled coffee, macadamia nuts and bought some delicious goodies. It would have been good to see something here or learn about the farm but it was just a shopping stop. The kids loved looking at the chickens in the back so over all it was not bad. The final stop was at the Dole plantation and It was just for the ice cream not for looking around or exploring. It also ended up just being a shopping stop. There were long lines to get in and more lines inside for the pineapple ice cream and gift shop. I know they can’t help the crowds but just know that you will will be spending an hour waiting in lines for the pineapple whip (which was good but we also later found it at the diamond head crater hike and other places) and not doing anything else here. I understand there were two buses that day, I am not sure if the other bus has a better experience but ours was not so great. I certainly would not recommend for families with young kids, if they end up needing to use a bathroom at one of the stops or need an extra bit of time to finish their lunch you will be the last one getting back to the bus and will get a stink eye. We feel like we wasted our money and more importantly a beautiful day in paradise being scolded and chased around the island.

Aloha, We are so sorry to hear your positive and negative feedbacks on your tour yesterday. We want to let all the guests who signed up or will sign up our tour that we are providing the tour everyday in Pandemic restrictions. As you know we have too many visitors in Hawaii, which we appreciate so much. On the other hand wherever we go to restaurants, tourists' spots, Luaus and etc, there are always long lines and sometimes if we are late, there is no chance to get in. As you remember, before we start the tour from Waikiki, our guides politely ask to be punctual at every stop to avoid the long lines and make smooth movements of our activities and stops. Based on the conversation with your guide, your family was not on time even for Waikiki hotel pickup and even though you mentioned the Macadamia Nut farm was just for shopping, your family was almost 10 min late to the bus. Other guests in the bus gave your family stinky eyes for being late, not stinky eye from our guide. Regarding the Waterfall Hike your family were given 1 hour 15 min not 1 hour, and some times due to huge number of visitors to Waimea Waterfall park, our guide gave everyone a caution that you may not have enough time for swimming under the waterfall and he gave you option that if you don not like this, you can choose to go to the Waimea beach for swimming a little over an hour. Dole Plantation closes the entrance around 4 30 PM so the tour bus needs to be there at least 3:45 pm to give everyone for enough time for Dole whip. As we all know due to Pandemic there is always extremely long line especially at Dole Plantation. This is the reason why our guides politely request all the guests be on time to the bus. I want you to understand that we are not perfect, but we are doing our best to have our guests enjoy the best of Hawaii under the given restricted situation. As you read the other guests' reviews on the same tour with your family, they expressed sincere thanks to your guide and they said they will definitely recommend this tour to their friends and family. However, we will take your feedbacks to improve ourselves better. I appreciated your positive feedbacks. Aloha

This tour was amazing. The tour guide Kurt did a awesome job by interacting with the group & he made a lot of jokes. He was also very punctual & I appreciated the fact that he told us how much time we had on each stop. Kurt also was very knowledgeable about the island and told us many interesting facts about the islands and houses that we seen. We seen so much of the island in one day the tour did not feel like it was 8 hours long. This tour was a 10/10 would highly recommend using this company especially have Kurt as a tour guide.

This tour is perfect for any type of tourist. It’s a small intimate bus so you get a lot of attention to detail and time to do things. Jimbo & Jackie were our guides and were very welcoming and humorous. We got to do activities and sightsee the whole island of Oahu ani enjoyed being able to get in the water and eat food I would totally recommend

Excellent, Enjoyable and don’t miss Hanuama Bay 100% worth the money

The day we choose to take this tour, it was rainy right from get go at 7:00am. However our guide Kurt and Paul promised us no matter what they will make our day memorial. These guys are professional operators who connect with customers and know how to replan around any hinderances and manage the tour, so that we don’t miss out on any aspects. We totally enjoyed their narration and additional info Kurt provided. BTW don’t miss out pleasant surprises that you will love. Anytime there are weather issues, time management and flexibility are very important, this where Kurt and Paul act as a team excel. Kurt was very entertaining and made sure everyone is involved and enjoyed. Paul is quite when he is at the steering wheel but during stops he opens up and is very nice. If I comeback to Oahu, I am going to take this tour again and possibly pick a day, when Kurt and Paul are operating. One more thing all the facts Kurt gives out are all verified.
Thanks for making our day memorable as promised at the beginning of tour.

2021 new year tour with Paul

My and wife have our 2021 new year trip here in Oahu, and We booked the tour with Paul to show us around the northern part of the island. Paul definitely surprised us in a good way, and he showed us the pipeline beach, dole pineapple plantation and an extra kayaking trip. That day we were lucky to see a dozen sea turtles. Paul is also a professional YouTuber and he helped us with a lot of video and photo shooting. We would recommend Paul and his company to anyone who would like to enjoy Hawaii a bit deeper than just shopping at Waikiki.

AMAZING TIME! AMAZING GUIDE!

Paul was such an amazing tour guide! He was very funny, made sure that we saw everything that we wanted to as well. His narration of the tour added so much and was very fun and informational! He made sure to know everyone personally and made sure that we had enough time to do everything we wanted without crowds. Paul went above and beyond with this tour and I greatly enjoyed my time with him. This tour itself let me see so much of Hawaii that I would not have seen otherwise. I highly recommend taking this tour if you want a good time in Hawaii with great narration and great sight seeing!

Awesome tour of the north shore of Oahu

Had so much fun on the tour with my wife. We went to all of the sites listed and had enough time to really enjoy them. Our tour guide was Tiho and he gave us a ton of information throughout the trip. The macadamia farm had a free coffee sample and different samples of the nut flavors. We decided to goto waimea falls instead of the beach and had fun swimming at the base of the waterfall. The lunch we had was %100 worth every penny of the $15 dollars. We both had butter garlic shrimp and it came with corn, a pineapple chunk and rice with garlic butter. We ended the trip at the dole plantation and had the dole whip with a cup of pineapple. We spent around $45 dollars per person to do some of the excursions. I would highly recommend doing this because it will take you to many places you may not otherwise visit.

Best bang for buck tour you can get!!!

Had a fantastic experience with Kurt and Tiho. Kurt was very knowledgeable about the island while being entertaining at the same time and Tiho was a fantastic driver and made me and my wife feel safe the entire trip. They also found out it was our honeymoon and went above and beyond to make it special for us. Thank you for the great time and I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see all the nicest parts of the island in a very organized and well thought out day.

The North Shore Beach Bus tour was AMAZING! Kurt was a very knowledgeable and fun guide! He made sure that every stop (and the extras) were pleasurable for everyone! Not only was he concerned about us learning about the islands culture, he also made sure that everyone was safe. Kurt did more than just tell us to look to the right and the left, he made it fun and interesting and interacted with the rest of the tourists. I would definitely take this tour again. If you’re hesitant to book a tour that 9 hours long, do it and you won’t regret it! If you can book your tour with Kurt, he’s the best and treats you with such great kindness. Thank you Kurt and thank you North Shore Beach Bus!

The Best Experience Ever

Jimbo and Richard were the perfect combination! Jimbo would speak about the wildlife or the scenery and Richard would expertly drive past it to give us the best views. We had a great time and loved the experience. I highly recommend this tour and if you get Jimbo as your guide please take his advice on all of the activities! He talked my boyfriend and I into the waterfall and it was absolutely beautiful! 10/10!!!
