The Original Taste of the French Quarter Food Tour
Save time and skip trying restaurants recommended to you by strangers to find a place you might like. This New Orleans food tour in the French Quarter takes you to up to six eateries, and lets you sample some of the city’s best Creole, Cajun, and French-inspired food. Since this guided tour is offered only once a day, book ahead online to guarantee your spot.
What to Expect

Make your own way to the French Quarter, where you'll meet up with your guide and group. Take a leisurely walk through the historic part of New Orleans as your guide tells you fun facts about the neighborhood, city, and local cuisine.

Pop into five, sometimes six, eateries that are well known for their cultural food, including Johnny’s Po-Boys, Laura’s Pralines and Candies, and the Old Coffeepot. Taste local dishes such as jambalaya, a Creole-inspired beef brisket, and a po’ boy sandwich.

While you taste New Orleans specialties, your guide explains the history behind each dish and why it's an important part of New Orleans culture.

Your tour leaves you with a full stomach in the French Quarter, where you can continue to explore on your own.

Food +++ New Orleans History and much more

Suzanne took us for a Foodie walk and test of New Orleans. But didn't leave it with just food but also brought much knowledge on the city and architecture history. RECOMMENDED!
