Family of 6 had a great time. Even the tired 9 year old commented several times how fun it was. We did the 7:00 tour on a Monday. Lady Ravenwood arrived roughly 15 minutes before departure and chatted for a bit before getting started. She was very friendly and answered all questions thoroughly. Although she was reciting a script she has said a million times, she still had fun with it and had some good cheesy jokes. I would say we walked close to a mile, but it's a very easy walk. We made several stops along the way and she explained in good detail the situations that occured there. All and all she was a great guide with a lot of knowledge of the historic district ( and spirits ). I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Savannah and especially anyone interested in old cities and the ghosts that still dwell within.

I have been on ghost tours in Savannah, Charleston and St. Augustine - this was by far the best ghost tour I have ever been on! Lady Ravenwood is such has such an engaging personality and is a phenomenal story-teller/interpreter. Her knowledge of her subject is truly impressive. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wanted not only to be entertained, but also to learn more about some of the unique history of Savannah.

We had an amazing tour with Miss Ravenswood. She was so full of historical knowledge and presented the stories in such an exciting way the time flew by. The walk is very easy despite the humidity and gets more comfortable as the sun sets. I highly recommend this tour!!

Very bad experience. We never actually even got to take the tour. We were scheduled for the late group - 9:30pm and arrived a little early and waited at the appointed location until shortly before it was to begin. Turned out the appointed location was a dimly lit vacant parking lot of a closed business in a not very good part of town. During our entire wait, we were the only 2 people there and were aggressively panhandled twice. Shortly before the tour was to begin and with no tour guide in sight, we began to seriously fear for our personal safety and decided to leave. While it might be an entertaining experience based on other reviews here, sadly we never got to find out. At least after a lively discussion with the tour operator, they finally agreed to do the right thing and process a refund. We recommend exploring the other ghost tour options and we certainly don't recommend the late tour group for this one where you are the only booking.

Our guide did fine. We just didn’t understand what we were getting. Basically the group walks around, you stand in front of a house and they tell a historical ghost story. But we could sit in an auditorium and do the same thing, without getting eaten alive by bugs. I missed that part of the instructions. Don’t make that mistake. Those Savannah bugs are no joke.

This tour was great! Lady Ravenwood was our host for the evening and she was amazing! Her knowledge mixed with the theatrical way she tells stories made for an unforgettable walk through the historic section of Savannah. We had a very small group (4 of us) which just made the experience that much more intimate. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour. Truly entertaining and a very interesting and informative historical account of some really (in)famous tales! Definately book this tour or any other tour from 6th Sense!

We were a group of 7 and all different ages, and we all agreed this was a great tour! Prince did a wonderful job telling the stories and adding some humor into it all. I have taken several ghost tours in Savannah and this one was all stories I had not heard before. My 18 y/o had questions about the hanging tree, which was not on the tour, but "Prince" graciously told him all about it and even told him where to go to see the tree. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for something truly interesting and entertaining.

Our guide was “The ghost formerly known as Prince”.

There was a large family in our group. They were so excited at the beginning of the tour. Interactive and attentive. By the end of the first hour, most of us were checking our watches and ready to go. Maybe it was just an off night but his storytelling was not good and his “jump scares” fell flat. He seemed to barely conceal his snarky-ness and it was, quite obviously, all about him.

He lost me at the beginning of the tour when a little boy was shaking the street sign pole and he told him he “really had a future on the poll” and that he would make a lot of money doing that one day. The little boys parents were visibly uncomfortable but didn’t respond. A few minutes later, he made fun of the little boys shoes. The dad did speak up and defend his kid at that point but why should a customer be talked to like that? Why say an inappropriate joke like that to a little boy?

He also made an offensive joke about Catholics to a group of mostly Catholics. It was not well received and he said he could say that because he was raised Catholic. He had half the group making the sign of the cross or looking outraged.

At the end of the tour, he tried to sell us t-shirts with his name and picture on it out of the back of his car.

We watched a lot of other tours go by and they seemed great. I wish we would have chosen differently.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback, as we always strive to do better. The Spirit Formerly Known As Prince does have a big personality for sure, and his years of positive reviews speak for themselves. We apologize that you were offended by any jokes made on your tour. It appears that an attempt to diffuse a destructive situation did not go over well. Someone’s brand of humor may not be the same as the next person’s, so again, we deeply apologize for anything said that may have been taken as offensive, as we would never intentionally disrespect or offend anyone. This matter has certainly been addressed with all our guides to ensure our 5-star reputation continues. I would like to offer you a complimentary tour of your choice with any of our proven hosts. I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Savannah, and look forward to seeing you again soon on one of our many adventures.

The spirit formerly known as Prince was an excellent host. We had a great time walking around Savannah and it was a good blend of some history, some sightseeing, and some great ghost stories. The ending was great as the city had started to get dark and really added to the atmosphere. The only thing I would change is maybe a 5 minute break to sit for a second because it is a lot of walking and standing. Even with that I would recommend this to friends/family as a great experience when in Savannah. Prince was a friendly, welcoming and well paced tour guide who kept people engaged while telling us the cool ghost stories of the city. I think it was a great blend of humor, history, and folklore.

Our guide “the ghost of Prince” 😉 was great! He made it fun but also went over the history with a great storyteller ability. There was a slight chance of rain so he even offered umbrellas or ponchos for those who didn’t bring anything. It did sprinkle but not very long luckily and we had a great walk around the rest of the evening. He also brought his iPad and would show different pictures that had been taken of these haunts.
