Overview
This downtown Asheville brewery tour takes the guesswork out of finding a great beer in the North Carolina mountain town. On this walking tour, led by a certified cicerone, you stop at three top Asheville breweries. At each brewery, learn about the specific brewing processes and get to taste up to four 6-ounce samples.
What to Expect

Meets at Hi-Wire Brewing (Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) or Asheville Brewing (Friday) to start your downtown Asheville brewery tour.

Your guide, a certified cicerone, tells you all about this brewery, including its history, beers, and brewing process before you get to taste some for yourself. Sample up to four 6-ounce tastings before moving on to one or two more breweries in Asheville.

Along the walk to each brewery, your guide tells you a little bit about the city’s history and explains what makes this North Carolina city unique. Your guide encourages questions, so feel free to chime in.

Your tour ends at an Asheville brewery where you can stay if you like.

Well worth it!

A wealth of knowledge possessed by our guide. Information about beer, Asheville and the local beer scene was plentiful. Most importantly, we had a nice variety of beers to sample at each stop!
