Super disappointing

The buses were all in terrible shape and every bus was a totally different experience based on the narrator you get, but none of them were remotely interesting. Alcatraz was interesting but it wasn’t related to the Grayline. Booking this through Trip Advisor was also...More

The night tour runs every night so no problem there. No places are reserved. They tell you what time to be there so just get there early so you aren't last in the queue.
