    Not worth it
Very Boring and food was just okay. I fell asleep on my husband’s shoulder. We left during intermission, no reason to stay any longer. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Employees were nice but it was not worth the money we paid.

    This is a great show
We had a fantastic time at the Paula Deen lumber jack Christmas show. The turkey sandwich was tasty and the show was very entertaining. Fun for all ages. Would definitely recommend and would attend again.

    Miserable experience.
I was very disappointed. I was expecting a nice meal from Paula Deen and what I got was what you would expect for a takeout lunch from a diner. To make matters worse we had to eat it while sitting on bleachers in the cold. They advertised “Climate Controlled” outdoor seating but the infrared heater wasn’t working and it was miserable. I would have walked out but my friends wanted to stay. The lumberjacks were good but it wasn’t a real competition. Other dinner theatres may cost more but they are definitely more enjoyable.

Show good, food bad, customer service AWFUL
I would like to first say the show itself was excellent. The staff however not so much. We had a reservation for 7 and fully expected reserved seating not first come first served. So when we got there on time we saw there was no seating and went to ask. The lady said that’s too bad you’ll have to spilt up individually. We couldn’t do that with 3 young kids and one handicap person. I explained she can’t climb stairs and the lady said sorry all those are taken she will have to. She is in so much pain now. Almost fell twice climbing over people. Awful customer service!!! We ended up with kids in laps and squeezed in so tight we could barely breathe. I was honestly furious and so disappointed I spent so much for such a terrible experience with seating and accommodations.

Paula Deen’s Adventure park and FEUD
My sister and I are in our 60’s. We were like, we gotta do this. We tried the harness roller coaster, scared the heck out of us, it was fun, but we did it. And then the other rope features. We sucked at it, one of us fell off the steps, we got help, and got off the ropes. We concurred - well sort of. It was fun. Only thing that would make this better is if someone was taking pictures while you are on the ride-We would definitively buy them, a real money maker for the park. Now- the lumberjack feud is an awesome show, for ALL ages. We love it

    Don’t Waste Your Money, Ya’ll.
If you are over 250 lbs. don’t buy a ticket. Your options are limited. If you’re over 270, you’re throwing your money in the trash. If this isn’t true, please correct me and your on site staff as well since they’re the ones that told me I couldn’t do anything since I weighed in at 271. My daughter ended up having to do everything by herself. There’s a few logs you can climb, a zip line you can ride a limited number of times, some logs in water you can log roll on (zip line over logs to keep you from falling), and an area you can climb around in as well a limited number of times . They seem short staffed as not everything was operating at the same time and employees were moving between the limited selections. Overall, a little deceptive and not worth the money you pay for the few things to do there.

    Great Family Fun
We were looking to attend a dinner show in the Pigeon Forge area, and had many to choose from. In the spirit of complete transparency, we were looking at the price and what we thought the children would eat. This show was really good. We bought the combo ticket for the kids/young adults that included the ropes course and zip line coaster. We loved the show, the youngsters loved the ropes course. They basically stayed until the staff kicked us out. The show was really fun. The tricks were amazing and the performers were funny. The food was pretty good. If I had one complaint, it's the the coleslaw was kind of weird. It was cabbage and peppers with a straight vinegar sauce and we're used to a creamy, mayonnaise based sauce. Be sure to fill out the waivers for the ropes course before you arrive to minimize check in time.

The best overall experience in town!
The show is so good! A great mixture of skill & humor! Everyone enjoyed themselves! The adventure park is the best physical activity in Sevier County!

    great fun!
The activities were great! I think the free fall is a bit dangerous. We personally saw 3 people that had a whiplash type of injury... holding their necks. Once we got our rigs, everyone was very friendly and helpful! The axe throwing was fun but I think one release should cover ALL activities. Next time I will do a combo ticket for the park and show.

    A family enntertainment
We are a couple and enjoyed the show but I really think it is a family entertainment. They even get the children to participate. There is an intermission where everyone heads to the snack bar, but I noticed that everyone got in line on one side of the snack bar. There are two sides and two lines. While everyone was on line on the left side, I walked around to the right side, got waited on immediately and checked out with only 1 person in front of me. Check both sides. The only complaint I have of the show is that the announcer has a heavy southern accent and talks fast. I often could not understand what he was saying.

    So much fun!
What a great show and adventure park! We also added the hot dog for $9.99. You can’t beat the deal. During intermission, we got a hotdog, 2 cookies, large bag of chips and fountain drink. Kids enjoyed the adventure park after the show too!

    Challenging and fun!
First, I want to thank them for giving a military discount!! It was very busy and hot!! Be prepared to be there for awhile. The obstacle course is not easy and there is a lot to do! If you’re afraid of heights this is definitely not the attraction for you. It is challenging and fun!

This was our first feud show and we thoroughly enjoyed the same. It features 2 families of lumberjacks and they compete in various events to come out winning.

The host as well as the lumberjacks and lumberjills were very engaging and it was well 90 min spent. Even my kids had lot of fun as the performers engage the audience very well. Would recommend definitely when you are in the area.

The show itself is awesome, funny and entertaining, but they do not limit capacity nor do they require masks. They have a sign that says masks are required but it’s not enforced. Less than 50% of guests had masks and we were all forced to sit next to each other. Rather than separate the audience between “McGraws” and “Dawnsons” for the show they should separate “Mask” vs “Mask-less”. Didn’t feel safe at all.

I bought slightly discounted tickets through Groupon. It ran $100 for 4 people. The show was entertaining enough and it's definitely a different concept. It's not everyday you see lumberjacks competing. It takes some skill and strength to swing those axes and do it safely. Impressive! I do feel a few bits were a bit too scripted and the jokes were geared towards younger kids. My teens were not amused (fart jokes and bear puns.) We still got a few laughs out of it though. They did get the audience involved by dividing them into families depending on what side you sat on so you cheered for your team. It feels a little slow at times but it was entertaining enough. Seating is general admission and they let us in at 4:30 for the 5:00 show. It is outside, but there's also NO social distancing going on in the line or seating for anyone who is wondering.

We were genuinely impressed with the level of skills shown by the performers. It was really entertaining to watch them. Kids around us were having a blast, screaming and jumping with excitement. Some of the events had us worried about the performers, as their stunts could really hurt them if things went wrong. And some events had a wrestling quality that were a joy to watch as we laughed in disbelief at their mastery.

The quibbles are with some aspects that seem outdated. The lumberjills are treated as eye candy and not given the respect they deserve as performers, such as the clothing not being appropriate. The host and performers also cracked a few misogynistic jokes that fell awkwardly flat. And playing the national anthem for what is basically a circus act cheapens the flag.

Hi there, thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed the majority of the show. We're sorry you felt offended in any way by our show and the Jills. As for the National Anthem, we begin with it in respect for the country, as our show is not just that. It is an authentic competition among professional, world-class lumberjacks and jills. It is typical in the USA to begin sporting events with our anthem. We are very sorry you felt it was out of place, and we assure you wonderful intentions are behind it. If you'd like to speak further about your experience, we would love to hear from you. Our direct email is info@lumberjackfeudtn.com. Again, we're very happy you enjoyed the competition and we look forward to seeing you next time!

Nice venue. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed the show. Our 3 yr old grandson won one of the logo log slices. Was difficult to hear the emcee and participants speaking, especially when the background music was playing. The action behind the pool was in low lighting, so we would have preferred better lighting. Although the little animals carved by one of the team members were cute, we were surprised to hear they cost $40 each. We realize he autographed them, but we felt that was a steep price for a small log that wasn't intricately carved. However, some people bought them.

My husband and I enjoyed this show very much. Even though it was cold, the stands have heaters so it was warm. The lumberjacks are very talented in this sport and put on a continuous, action packed show, with some comedy mixed in. Climbing, sawing, ax throwing, hot saws and log rolling. Even the kids had a time to all participate. I would recommend. Nothing else like it.

This is a good family show to attend with kids. They try to keep the energy going through the whole show and keep the audience involved with the action. I only rated this show a 3 out of 5 because the judge cheated on the last event I assume to give a predetermined outcome. I personally will never return due to this but for people less competitive than me you should enjoy the experience.

My husband and I have very fond memories of seeing the Lumberjack Feud back when it was a dinner show. I believe we had seen that in 2013. We couldn’t wait to take our son, who is 5. We were disappointed to learn that it wasn’t a dinner show anymore but figured we would try it anyway. It was a good show and kept our 5 year old entertained. I wish I would have brought him earplugs tho, which I didn’t think to do. The stage was pretty close to the stands so the chainsaw events were pretty loud. Even though the show was outdoors, we were under a roof and there were fans running to help move air. It was hot, but not unbearable. We bought Icees and soft pretzels from the concession stand during intermission, they were good and priced about $5 each.

The lumberjacks and lumber jills cracked some jokes but there wasn’t a lot of banter between the two sides. It was mainly competition and not as much show.We did enjoy ourselves and it’s worth going to see, but it’s definitely not as good as it was when it was a dinner show.

What a fantastic show!! It's a show for the entire family. The lumberjacks and host interact with the crowd perfectly and keep the show fun the entire time. My children (ages 5&7) loved the show as well as me and my husband. My son got called up on stage for a little demonstration and it made his night. The show has an intermission so you have time to use restroom and get snacks from the snack bar. The climate controlled stands kept us warm. Will definitely be going back!

My oldest wanted to see this show. They give away wood cookies that they've chopped to people in the audience when your family wins. It was a really fun competition! The staff did great! Very interesting to know real competitions take place here.
