      Fun Fun Fun
We had such a good time. If you want something fun do this. My friend and I much have watched our video 100 times. It is so funny. The staff was great. Warm and friendly. I would do it again in a heart beat. Cost was far.

Horrific Experience & Double Pricing When We Arrived!
We planned out our visit online and planned to get tickets online, but instead of buying online we wanted to use our $5 off coupon that we had from this link (OMITTED) (I took a screenshot of this in case they tried to take it down) So, we drove a good 30 mins+ to get there. We arrived about 30 mins before they closed, at 2:30pm ET. I told them I needed 3 tickets, but I'm going to pay for 1 adult and 1 child and that my father-in-law was going to pay for the other child. I told her that I had a $5 off coupon to use which was off each ticket per the coupon. They immediately told me that their management told them NOT to honor ANY of the $5 off coupons but they could offer a FREE GoPro video. I told them we brought our own GoPro and I wanted the $5 off each ticket. They told me that they couldn't do that and then after requesting a manager, they said they could take $5 off one ticket but that was the best that they could do. I said that was fine, because the price was just $44 online, so $5 off that price would be just $39 for 2 rides. So she said one was $20 and the other one would be $25. She told me that my total was $78.47! I was taken back and told her that there must be some sort of mistake. She said there was no mistake and that she was only charging me $20 for one ride and $25 for the other one. Well still, that's only $45 so how in the world did we get to $78.47 from $45? So you are telling me that there is $33.47 in tax on 2 tickets priced at what should be $45? She said there was no mistake and I told her that I will gladly go spend my money elsewhere and I was not paying nearly $80 for 2 rides. That's DOUBLE the price then what is advertised online! I found tickets at Tripster for just $18-19 per ride here: (OMITTED) and here: (OMITTED)! Then I found tickets for just $44 for 2 rides or $22 for 1 ride (before the $5 off coupon) from here: (OMITTED) If you look on the page I just posted for the $22 & $44 rides.. You'll see that they are advertising 2 different prices and they actually are telling you that the pricing is $20 if you book online but they are making you pay $22. You can see where I highlighted that here: (OMITTED) Furthermore, you should be able to use the $5 off coupon that they are advertising online, so you technically should be able to get the tickets for just $15 per person, per roll. BUT, they won't honor this at all and they want you to pay $25 for a ride and won't take any coupons or honor any other pricing available, even though they are advertising various prices through various sites. Stay away from this place! Very shady & bad business practices! Don't fall victim to this scamming from Outdoor Gravity Park. The owners and the management don't care about you or your family, they don't want to talk to you or discuss this with you under any circumstances and are telling their staff to tell you that no managers are available and we are unable to contact our managers or whatever other excuse they come up with. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! STAY AWAY! I believe the girl whom I dealt with was Megan or something like that if I remember correctly. She said she was new and she had only been there a couple of weeks or a month or so. She had a story and she said her management team told her not to honor any special pricing or accept any coupons. In other words, they rather get in trouble and have ethics violations for false advertising than to honor what they are advertising in their bait and switch scam! They did not want to honor ANY discounted online pricing NOR did they want to honor ANY coupons! They refused to get me a manager when I asked for one and said that there was nothing that a manager could do either. They rather just loose the business than discount their pricing. Sooo... let's show them that we mean business and we rather not go there than to give them our business and fall victim to their scam! I will also be reporting them to the BBB for this as well. They are false advertising with their coupons and discounted pricing and then doing a bait and switch when you get there and telling you that you can't have any discounted pricing or use any coupons! They ARE being reported to the appropriate channels... BBB and Dept of Commerce TN. I told her that I was paying for 2 rides and she proceeded to tell me that the total was $78.47! So... if they are offering tickets for $18, $19, $22 or even $25/each, then how do we get from $36, 38, $44 or even $50 for 2 tickets all the way up to nearly $80? A TOTAL SCAM IF YOU ASK ME! THEY WERE TRYING TO SCAM ME! LUCKILY, I told them I was going to spend my money elsewhere and I did! Instead I took my kids to The Track, Mountain Top Coaster & Rowdy Bear Park cheaper than what I would have paid for just 2 zorbing tickets AND we had more fun! I would highly suggest that you stay away from Outdoor Gravity Park as there are MANY bad reviews that the value is not worth what you pay for the super quick ride. You can have way more fun going downtown Pigeon Forge and doing other attractions with your family and kids! DO NOT DO THIS ATTRACTION. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED AND THIS IS MINE AND MY FAMILIES STORY. I wouldn't have sat down and written all of this and wasted my time if this were not true. Save your self the long drive to this park in the middle of nowhere and don't fall victim to a scam like I almost did! If something like this happened to you and they are not honoring these prices for you as I shared... please post online here about them so other people are warned! Don't take your business here!

      HIGHLIGHT of our trip!!!
This was the unexpected winner. The attraction that caught be by surprise. We went with our two teens and we all LOVED it. We even bought more rolls. I didn’t want it to be over! I went on the red hill with my two teens together at the end and it was exhilarating and hilarious!! Wear a swimsuit. Plan for fun. Enjoy the ride. So excited to do this again next time we visit, as it’s currently the only place in the US to do Zorbing!!

      One of a kind experience!!
This was a fabulous experience and one you should make time for. Reserve in advance as the times fill up fast. Our entire family, parents and children (age 9, 15, 19) had a blast. The workers are very kind and helpful and the experience is one you can't find anywhere else. 100 percent recommend this place!!

A great time on a rainy day!
Went on a big family outing and we had a blast, adults and kids all took turns with rolls. Be prepared to want to go down a second time, but twice is all we needed. It rained, but it didn't slow us down, and the family who didn't roll were able to watch under umbrellas at the picnic tables on the landing. The staff was outstanding, so happy we went!

      Worth every bit.
You will definitely need a reservation . But in our experience it didn't seem like it mattered what time your reservation was for. It's a fast ride so you might consider taking more than one. My kids was so fast on the one that goes back and forth that the first ride they didn't know what was going on.

      Best new experience
Such a different type of experience that I would do again. I was worried about my husbands back but inside the ball you stay very level and safe. I would recommend getting the go pro it is so cool to see your trip after.

Absolutely incredible experience!! When you are sitting watching people go down the hill it looks fairly slow. But, when you get insode the zorb (especially with someone) it is very fast and exciting! Will do this EVERY trip to Pigeon Forge!

      This will just thrill you
This is a new attraction and it is so fun. You will laugh most of the time you are in the ball. We are hopeful this will be a big success and the few kinks will be smoothed out soon. This is a thing the owner copied from Australia. Good fun and as I said lots of laughs.

      Awesomeness!
What an awesome experience for our teenagers! Staff was all friendly and great service. Recommending for anyone that likes water slides. Traveled from Wisconsin to do this and spent the weekend in the great city of Pigeon Forge.

      Awesome!
This was a super fun experience for my girls, 14 and 10. They are given a ride up the hill in a bus and come down in the gerbil ball with a bunch of water in it. The hill looks kind of intimidating but they had a blast going down and did all the courses. We did not purchase the go pro footage. The girls held it towards their feet so all we could see was the water splashing and the ball. They let you watch the footage before purchasing if you didn't get the package that included the video. This is one of their favorite excursions.

Grown-Ups Who Don't Want to Grow Up
What a fun experience! We didn't know what to expect, but this was a great activity that you can't do anywhere else. Staff was very friendly and kind. They took great care of those who were taking rolls. You will get soaked. No doubt about that. So wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. Our group was thankful to have board shorts on top of swimsuits (for the ladies) and shirts/rash guards for all. As you roll, it is possible you roll over the door to the zorb (which is a zipper) so the shirts made it more comfortable. The day we rolled was a cooler day (upper 50's and a slight breeze). You do have to wait a few minutes (15-20 the first ride) for a ride to the top. Have your towels handy. You can hang them on the rail, no one with bother your stuff. But it's nice to dry off some and not be soaking in cool (sometimes breezy) weather while waiting for your ride. The park is busiest at the start of the rolls. That's because everyone shows up at the start time, but many only buy one or two rolls. So as time goes on, the lines to go up to the top gets shorter. Our group of 4 adults purchased 3 rolls each and that was perfect for us. We got to experience the different tracks and it took us about 1:15 to get everyone through their rolls. Certainly a memorable experience! Very glad we did this!

My wife and I had previously experienced zorbing where it originated in New Zealand and were excited to discover it was available more locally to share with our extended family. Unfortunately, we picked a day where it started to storm in the middle of our session and we did not get to finish. But the staff was very friendly, pleasant and quick about refunding us. And the one run we did complete was fantastic fun for everyone! The kids especially were so excited! They raved about it all day. This is definitely something worth trying if you are in the area! And well worth the price! But be prepared to wait... a lot!! The only reason I won't give five stars on this review is because of the inexcusably-long delays. We waited nearly 90 minutes in a line for the bus to get up the hill for a 60-second ride back down. This company is 100% in complete control of how many spots they make available for each session. They could and should schedule fewer people to reduce the excessive wait times. We only paid for two runs per person. By the time the storms came, we had already been there (including check-in) for nearly 2.5 hours and we were still about fifty people back in the bus line for our second run. It only takes 1 minute to get down the hill. If you can't get do it twice in 150+ minutes then the place is too crowded!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our park. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your visit. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the delay you encountered. On the day of your visit, we were faced with an unexpected oncoming storm, which required us to prioritize the safety of our guests above all else. Ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone is of paramount importance to us. We do provide an estimate of 30 minutes per track ridden during sold out sessions. This estimation allows us to manage the flow of guests and maintain safety standards, and allowing guests to ride all 3 courses within the session. However, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions can impact our operations and extend wait times beyond the estimated duration. We regret any inconvenience caused by this delay and understand your disappointment. We have records showing the refund was processed for your additional tickets 30 minutes into the session start time, or an hour after early check-in, which allows guests to check-in 30 minutes prior to the session. We apologize if the wait was longer due to other circumstances, such as early arrival. Please know that we continuously strive to improve our communication and operations to minimize wait times and enhance the overall guest experience. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging situation. We value your feedback and take it seriously as we work towards providing the best possible experience for all our guests. If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are here to address any questions or issues you may have. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our park in the future for an improved experience.

My aspiring travel planner 11 year old daughter found this park on a YouTube search and insisted that I add to my travel itinerary. I obliged and advanced purchased two trips down for her and two for her 7 year old sister too. Rainy afternoon, but the show went on. They LOVED it. After checking , they stood in line for a bus that gives them a ride to the top. My only complaint is that I videoed and photographed numerous other people zorbing down the tracks because I had no idea when they were up. I don't know what type of system could be created...but it would be nice to have a screen that shows what number is up and will be coming down next! They took the orange track first that has blocked view, so even with powerful zoom lens camera to see where in line they were, I couldn't see. When they finally came down, and we could recognize them, even the walls of the sphere couldn't hide their huge smiles. They loved it and ran to get back in line for their 2nd trip down. They chose the purple course 2nd, hoping to gain a little more thrilling speed. Shorter line for that one, or they sat closer to the front of the bus, but a short wait on top (viewable with binoculars or strong zoom lens), and down they came. They loved it. I am over the weight limit so I wasn't allowed to join them, and my wife had no interest, but my daughter's loved it and rode together both trips. Again, I wish there was a way to know when they are up from the spectator area, but other than that, my only complaint was they were out of childrens sized t-shirts that they would have gladly worse with pride until wearing out or outgrowing. A highlight of the trip for them that they are talking about days later.

Had a great time! This is a very unique experience that you must try! It is spendy but the best 70 dollars for 3 ball runs we have spent in PF.
I recommend highly to ride all runs on all 3 courses solo if you are an adult. My husband and I smashed into each other non stop....fun yes but when we went solo it was so much more fun to kind of manipulate the ball and see where you are going. Two people were fun but chaos.
Absolutely do the orange run which is a solo run! It was the best and I am a fraidy cat!

First off, I my family and I were very excited about taking this adventure, but we’re greatly disappointed. The day we scheduled to ride ended up being a cool rainy day, but no big deal. We were told to form a line a wait inside until it was our turn. We did just that. After waiting about an hour in line a group of people (20+) who just arrived started lined up outside near the pick up spot. The staff was aware of this but did nothing. Instead they pickup up the crowd outside and took them to the top of the hill causing the line of people inside to wait another 20-30 minutes for following the rule that the staff set for us. Total BS!!! I would have gladly waited outside if that is where they wanted us to wait. After waiting the extra 30 minutes (outside) we were loaded in a bus and the drive/ owner sped up the hill before kids were even in there seats. At the top of the hill he slammed open the door turned up the music, got out and slammed his door aggressively. We were met with rude staff that rushed us through the ride. The owner said “go ahead and leave a bad review“ he did not care. Their poor planning and management ruined this experience for my family. Needs new ownership before someone gets hurt.

On a 55 degree spring break day we tried to keep 105 people warm inside our too small reception building.... could we have done that better....yes. The next day we had the same 55 degree and rain and we created temporary indoor lines and no one had any issues and everyone was warm and enjoyed the experience. Come visit us on a warm sunny day when we are not trying to do something we never do and you will see why the Outdoor Gravity Park is best attraction in the Smoky Mountains for a reason. Sincerely, Chris Roberts THE owner of the Outdoor Gravity Park

The BEST experience in PF! This was absolutely amazing! We bought the celebrity VIP package and bought a third ride down. It's such a blast. My boys (10 and 13) had an absolute blast. We got the go pro videos with out package and totally worth it. We would come back to PF just for this attraction. It was by far the best thing we did this week. You take a bus to the top of the hill and decide which track you want to do.

This place was amazing. From the moment we walked in staff was very welcoming. It was 30 degrees outside at 11am but the kids said the water felt like a nice warm shower. Both kids did two different runs, the red one first than the orange. They loved the red one and said the orange one really threw you around but no complaints. Next time we're in the area for sure red and purple. This is a must do while in Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg.
