Pickup will be sometime BETWEEN 8:30 & 9:00am. • Example: if the official tour start time is 9:00am, please be in lobby at 8:30am. Pickup will be sometime BETWEEN 8:30 & 9:00am. • Please keep an eye out for our TOUR VEHICLE (usually a white 12-passenger high-roof Ford Transit tour van) or possibly a smaller mini van or SUV in rare instances. • DEFAULT PICKUP LOCATION TIMING: If you are being picked up at our general default pickup location South Waterfront Park ADDRESS: 2001 S River Dr, Portland, OR 97201, you will usually be picked up within a 30 minute window before the official start time of the tour, as per your confirmation e-mail and/or your confirmation cell phone text from your guide (sent out the night before the tour, or the morning of the tour if it’s a late booking). • It is necessary to check, read & respond to ALL texts and e-mails for specific tour pickup details right up to tour departure time so please keep an eye on your phone the morning of the tour. Thanks! WHERE WILL I BE PICKED UP AND DROPPED OFF? • OPTION #1) HOTEL PICKUP - Most guests are picked up at their hotel, which they can choose from the dropdown list while checking out online during the booking process - full hotel list can also be found on Infinite Oregon Tours' F.A.Q.'s (Frequently Asked Questions) section on our website. In addition to our default pickup location (see option #2 below), we offer pick-ups at approximately 40+ hotels within the downtown area and on the East side of the Willamette river near the Convention Center. The default pickup location listed below (option 2) is ALWAYS available to ALL guests for ALL tours. • OPTION #2) DEFAULT PICKUP LOCATION: SOUTH WATERFRONT PARK ADDRESS: 2001 S River Dr, Portland, OR 97201. Our central (default) location for pick-ups and drop-offs is in South Waterfront Park at the intersection of SW River Dr. and SW Montgomery St, with the exact pick-up location being on the north side of the traffic round-about circle along the pedestrian walkway adjacent to Riverplace Marina. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SELECT A HOTEL? - If you do NOT communicate or select your specific hotel when you make your reservation we will assume we will be picking you up at our default pickup location. ADDRESS: 2001 S River Dr, Portland, OR 97201. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify us (during the booking checkout process) if they are staying at one of our pickup hotels. Please email us at or wait for your confirmation text from your guide the night before your tour if you have any further questions (guides can answer pickup questions) and will text you usually before 8:00pm the night before your tour. Thanks! TOUR VEHICLE (VAN): Your tour vehicle will most likely be a white high-roof Ford Transit 13-passenger van or a mini-van or SUV in some cases (which we'll communicate to you the night before via text from your guide). Your guide will be wearing a big smile and will probably have a clipboard in his or her hand. PARKING: If you are driving your own vehicle to the default pickup location, there is a public parking garage called THE DOUGLAS GARAGE available just a block or so away at: 1835 S River Dr, Portland, OR 97201. There are several other parking garages within about a 5-10 minute walk if needed. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND/OR BRING ON THE TOUR? Due to the unpredictable and ever-changing weather in this area, we strongly suggest that you check the upcoming forecast for the locations you will be visiting the morning of the tour. By doing so, you will be able to better prepare, bringing extra layers, rain gear and appropriate footwear as needed. For tours involving short walks/hikes, we recommend comfortable walking shoes and layered outerwear that can be easily applied or removed during the outing. It’s worthy of note that the Oregon Coast is often 15-30 degrees cooler than temperatures in Portland (even in the summer). Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge in fall, winter or early spring can also require warm winter jackets or rain jackets (gloves & warm hats are always a good idea too!). Bottom line is it’s always a good idea to bring a jacket in Oregon regardless of season. CAN I BRING A BAG? A small day pack (very small backpack), camera bag, purse or tote bag are fine in the van as long as they can fit by your feet, but we cannot accommodate large suitcases as there is no luggage space or trunk in the tour van. Please call us before the tour if you have any questions. Depending on the group size for PRIVATE TOURS we CAN accommodate large suitcases (which will be placed in some of the passenger seating areas). COFFEE & RESTROOM (toilet) at default pickup location: There is a small coffee and pastry shop called "Our Spot PDX" (1816 S River Dr, Portland, OR 97201) on the west side of SW River Dr. (on the side closest to the river) as well as a public restroom next to the coffee shop for your convenience. If you arrive very early with enough time for breakfast or want to explore the riverfront, there is also a charming cafe called "The Little River Cafe" (315 S Montgomery St #310) approximately a 2-minute walk north along the pedestrian walkway along the Willamette River. Please still be ready at the default pickup stop 30 minutes BEFORE official tour departure time. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Portland is lucky to enjoy a wonderful public transportation system called TriMet that utilizes 3 forms of transport: public buses, street cars and a high speed light rail system called MAX. You can go directly to their TRIP PLANNER WEBSITE at https://trimet.org/home/planner or download their app to your smartphone and it’s very easy to navigate around the city. Our general default tour pick-up location South Waterfront Park is a 3-minute walk from the nearest public bus stop, a 6-minute walk from the nearest streetcar stop and a 10-minute walk from the nearest MAX (lighttrail) station. Many guests choose to utilize Lyft or Uber to arrive at the general pickup location as it's the easiest and fastest and time can be of the essence in the morning before your tour departs. For further questions, please consult our FAQ's link on our website or send us an email at: or call our office for further questions. Thanks and happy touring! CANCELLATION POLICY: If a guest cancels 24 hours BEFORE the tour departure time they will receive a full 100% refund. If a guest cancels a tour LESS THAN 24 hours from the tour departure time the guest will not receive a refund, but we will do our best to accommodate the guest on a future tour of equal or lesser value, depending upon availability. If we (Infinite Oregon Tours) need to cancel a tour due to inclement weather, road closures, high winds, unforeseen safety circumstances or otherwise, the guest will receive a full 100% refund. Please email us at or call us at if you have any questions. Thank you!

10 out of 10. Amazing! Would recommend to everyone.
My significant other Went on the waterfall tour with Riley! Riley made sure we had the most bang for our buck and he was very efficient with all the sites we got to see! He gave amazing food recommendations for all types of cuisine. He was very knowledgeable about the history, geology, botany, culture, pretty much everything Riley had an answer! He kept it fun and exciting the entire tour, 5 hours passes like an hour! There was never a dull moment, and I recommended this to three of my family members and two of my friends already. Amazing experience!!

        Great, relaxing day trip
Great tour. A bit chilly in the morning and I was kinda unprepared on my dress code. TJ, the owner of the business, drove the van and he was a great guide. The spots on the beach are more dense than I thought, so we didn't spent much time hopping between places. A great one-day trip from Oregon.

        Awesome experience, highly recommend
TJ was very knowledgeable and informative regarding all things in nature and Oregon. Communication was fantastic. Received texts prior to, and day of, adjusting pick up time because of things out of their control. It was an awesome experience, for a retired couple.

        Great Tour
Such an enjoyable tour. Jim was our tour guide. He’s the best: very friendly, funny, knowledgeable and accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Oregon coastline.

        Great waterfall tour
Great waterfall tour with Ryan. Five falls in 4 hours, plus the transfer times, always gives _some_ feeling of time pressure especially because the scenic road to Muktonath falls was blocked so he had to take a detour via Interstate. But with good planning, and not wanting to see ALL viewpoints for a particular fall, it was a great thing to do!

        Worth the cost.
Awesome tour and excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very humorous guide. Itinerary was great and gave us just enough time at each stop. Took us to a surprise stop not on the itinerary on the way back. Van was comfortable and safe. Gave great advice as to places to visit in Portland too. Would definitely do more tours with them on my next trip.

Rylie was a good guide, but if I had known that 13 of us would be stuffed into a mini-van. I would not have taken the tour. The ride back to Portland was terrible.

Full-Day Guided Oregon Coast Tour from Portland
Rylie the tour guide was so warm and welcoming and made it a pleasure to be on this trip , nothing was to much trouble , Rylie knew all the best spots of Cannon beach and surrounding beaches so to cover so much in a short space of time he performed a miracle with the commute their and back from Portland ! Very reasonably priced too from the tour company , definitely would recommend !

        Fun time on the coast
Had a great time on tour with Rylie. One of the best tour guides we ever had...kind, engaging and informative. The scenery is beautiful, thankfully we had good weather. Do dress appropriately as even in August it was chilly at times. The stop for lunch was generous in time, cute little town. Overall great experience.

Jim was super kind and knowledgeable and provides recommendations for everything, drives really well and we had an amazing tour. We went to several places and on each of them we heard really cool stories and things that I’m sure really few people know.

A great way to see several beaches and leave the driving to someone else!
This was a perfect way to be introduced to Oregon beaches! I was visiting Portland for four days, and wanted to see it all. I was able to fit in three different tours. This one was my “super chill” day. My tour guide, Jim Turner, was nothing short of amazing. If he’s not already doing “voice over” as a side gig, he needs to look into it. Jim has a clear, volume-appropriate voice with a great cadence. He told us so many wonderful facts as we drove from beach to beach. (I was taking notes for my next visit). The beaches were all beautiful and I enjoyed exploring them and taking photos. Our stop in Seaside for lunch was also wonderful. All in all, a terrific time. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Ryan was our guide. He was good. He gave us lots of information about the Columbia River and the gauge and the e waterfalls. He was polite, caring. We had a lot of stops and the excellent Full sail restaurant with view over the river for a $10 gourmet burger with mix salad/fries. Highly recommend Infiniti Oregon Tour company

It was fun, it was informational, it was exciting. Plus, the guide's enthusiasm was very authentic and he seemed to really enjoy what he's doing. Very comfy atmosphere during the whole tour!
I went on a really hot summer day and the waterfalls' cooling nature was just perfect 😁

Our guide and driver Rylie was very knowledgeable and helpful along the tour, taking us to several key attractions as described as well as a couple of hidden gems. He was always there closeby to answer any questions and lend a hand for group photos. He provided ample local history and background when we were in the van in transit. I was somewhat concerned with typical activity used tour van being small and rather uncomfortable, but was pleasantly surprised that the Ford high roof transit van we were in was very new, clean and super comfortable.

This was the BEST tour and I highly recommend you take advantage of TJ or Adam who are the tour guides. We had Adam and he is a wealth of knowledge, providing information on all of Oregon, not just the stops along the way. We had an incredible day. Our guides Jake and Andy were brilliant. They put together a great itinerary for the day, with flexibility to change a few things to meet our needs. We really felt that their local knowledge was key to enabling us to see as much as possible in the hours that we had. We saw beautiful waterfalls and wide epic views. We had time for a nice lunch with plenty of recommendations of where to go. They were friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend.

      review of Columbia Gorge
This was our second trip with TJ, the owner/guide of Infinite Oregon Tours. (The other was his Oregon Coast tour—also 5 stars in our review for it.). TJ is a most engaging and knowledgeable guide, and a safe, courteous driver. He carries snacks and water for guests in his van. Upon arrival in Hood River, he drove around the small town to point out and describe eating opportunities (not included in the tour price) for the lunch stop. His style facilitates cordiality among trip participants. Waterfall, wind surfing, and Mt. Hood Lodge stops were not rushed; there was ample time at each.

Ryan's insights from a geologist's perspective added depth and fascination to every stop along the tour. His ability to shift our view and see the beauty in every moment, despite the weather challenges this January, was truly remarkable.

What made the tour exceptional was Ryan's dedication to ensuring that each of us, including myself and the other girls on the tour, felt completely engaged and immersed in the journey. His enthusiasm was infectious, and his knowledge profound.

Navigating the majestic landscapes of Mount Hood/ River and the surrounding waterfalls became more than just a sightseeing adventure; it became a blissful exploration of nature's wonders.

Prior to the tour, I received a call from TJ and he explained to me the journey and things to expect during the tour. They really made me feel at home and special. Tasty snacks and drink, good music and complimentary hotel pickup were also an extra touch from the team.
Thank you, Ryan, and Infinite Oregon Tours, for an experience that transcended expectations and left us with memories to cherish for a lifetime.

This is our second time doing a tour with the company and luckily we got the same tour guide Rylie. He's really knowledgeable about the things and sceneries that we see. He gave us ample time to see every waterfalls and provide great history about each falls. We are able to see a little bit of snow when we went to Mt. Hood even though it's summer. The tour is really fun and the owner, TJ, and Rylie made me feel comfortable when they learned that I have Claustrophobia.

Fabulous time! There was a late start due to mechanical problems, but it was handled very well . The tour was modified, but a discount was given, and it would have worth even the full price! Would highly recommend this company, and Ryan, our guide was great. Thank you so much!!
