    Informative and Delicious
Our guide Lillian took us on a tour of four different restaurants in Chinatown offering cuisine from different regions in China. She made stops along the way to point out and explain certain cultural features of the area. The last stop was a wonderful little bakery (not to be missed).

    Great evening in Chinatown!
We had a blast learning all about Chinatown and its history while eating delicious foods in fun restaurants in the area. Our guide York was amazing- he had so many great and fun stories and taught us all a few new things. We did the tour with adults and kids (12 and up) and everyone had a blast- would highly recommended!

Outstanding! Most enjoyable time spent in Chicago. Friendly staff, comfortable pace, good way to see what makes a big city livable. Upgrade to an electric bike if in doubt. Stops along the way to visit with others and eat and drink. Must do tour!

AT 62 YRS OLD, LEARNED TO RIDE A BIKE
At 62 years old, I did not think I could ride a bike. Never rode one before. Emma, my tour guide, was so encouraging, kind, and supportive to me on my first bike tour. I learned to ride a bike at 62, and I love Bobby's Bike Hike for teaching me, Allison, and Zoie how to love riding a bike. Emma was just SO AMAZING, She is Just So Very Wonderful. We loved Emma, and all the Team at Bobby's Bike Hike. You Get So Much More than Your Monies Worth!! The Best Experience of a lifetime!!

Highly recommended Chicago Chinatown walking tour!
This is an excellent tour for anybody who wants to combine an easy dose of Chicago’s Chinese history with a pleasant walk and lots of great Chinese food samples. There is plenty of variety and quantity of food, and Ria, our guide, was extremely affable and knowledgeable. A great way to spend a few hours when traveling to Chicago.

    Tasty food and excellent guide!
This tour had amazing food with amazing inside scoops from our local guide York. Sampling all the different Chinese cuisines and learning about the Chicago Chinatown was a fun and filling afternoon! It was a very hot day but there was not too much time outside in between restaurants.

    Chicago first time
Had a great time! Our guide Hannah was very informative and patient getting us through the tour with a group of 12 people. I would highly recommend it if you wanna get to know different areas of Chicago. This was our first time and got to taste some great classic Chicago food and beer. Highly recommend it if you get a chance won’t disappoint.

I didn't Want it to End!
This is a well paced tour where you can eat comfortably without feeling too full or sluggish afterwards. We visited 5 restaurants throughout Chicago's Chinatown to sample authentic Chinese food from various regions. I'm glad I took this tour because I would not have dined at some of these restaurants on my own. It is a great cultural experience if you love Chinese food and learning a bit of their history of immigration to the United States >> I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR!

The experience was just okay for the price. We paid for 3 pours of craft beer. The craft beer costs an additional $25 per person so we paid $180 in total for this tour and the dessert wasn't even local. We were only given two beers of the three we paid for and the beers weren't craft (Lagunitas and 312). Our tour guide Nick was great! However I would pass on this experience because it was anything but "ultimate."

Hi Braman, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We apologize that you were not given your 3 paid for craft beers and we will reimburse you for the difference. With the pandemic, our restaurant vendors have had a hard time keeping our regularly ordered craft beers in stock at the moment. Also, due to the pandemic we've had to switch up a few of our vendors on the fly as some of them are experiencing serious difficulties due to the lock-downs and restrictions. Nevertheless, we are doing our best to support all of our vendors during this difficult time in our industry. While our website has adjusted for these issues, some of our third party vendors such as TripAdvisor have still not been updated. We apologize for that and for not creating the quality tour that we expect of ourselves. We will do better, no matter the circumstances. We will work with TripAdvisor to get you reimbursed for the beers you missed out on. For future guests reading this review, we apologize in advance if some of the beer selections aren't as 'crafty' as we would normally serve on this particular tour and if you decide not to order the beer package because of this we understand. It is an add-on that is optional. Again, it's a difficult time for restaurants and we're just trying to support them the best we can by continuing to visit them. Thanks for understanding.

This tour was great and the food was fantastic, but it was Dylan who made the experience memorable. He was a really fun guy and gave really great info about the history of Chicago food and the city in general. I would 100% recommend this tour and suggest that you ask for when Dylan will be giving the tour!

This was an awesome walking tour. Our guide Josie was very pleasant, share great insights about the food and city, and kept things very interesting. The tour featured plenty of food, and the beer upgrade was worth it for a beer lover like me. The duration was just right as well. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to spend a couple of hours eating great food, enjoying drinks, and walking the beautiful city of Chicago.

The food and the information were both great. We felt like we got a true taste of the city. Our guide Julia was fun and informative and was even able to take on a tornado warning in the city without missing a beat. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting.

Dylan was our tour guide & it was AMAZING! This was my first time in Chicago and he gave us a beautiful tour of the city that had some amazing food & he gave us a lot of history behind the food staples of the city. The tour was perfect start to finish honestly. We arrived just a few minutes early and he was already present waiting for us to check in. We started with the pizza stop that was sooo delicious followed up with Italian beef as we sat riverside and followed up with a Chicago dog!!! Lastly we ended the tour with a brownie. All while Dylan explained the root of each of these. He was amazing. Tour was amazing. Definitely an experience for any first time visitors.

My husband and I had a great time on the Chicago food tour! Our host, Gabe, was amazing- very knowledgeable about Chicago and he provided recommendations to maximize our time in the Windy City based on our preferences. We hit the major 'foodie spots' so we could check off the Chicago food experience, and the little popcorn to-go parting gift was a great memory after we got home. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour and Gabe to get the real Chicago food experience with an informative and fun history lesson.

My son and I wanted to sample foods unique to Chicago, but do it in a fun interactive way. We found this great tour via a web search and booked it through Airbnb. Julia, our guide had more energy and excitement about giving us a great food tour, you couldn’t help but get excited with her. We sampled three savory bites and one sweet. Very generous portions. She was able to tell us history about our food, the area we were in and the restaurant we were eating at. I’m really glad we did this. We had a full group, from all across the country. It was fun hearing where everyone was from and what brought them to Chicago. Loved the tour!!

One of the best tours I've ever been on! Our tour guide, Josie, took a group of nine of us on a historical story telling adventure throughout the city of Chicago. She wove in the history of Chicago like she was telling us a dramatic story. Her jokes and suspenseful little tips and nuggets kept us laughing throughout our journey. The food was awesome and it was clear she has built relationships with the staff and owners at each stop. We were greeted with friendly smiles and waves at each stopping point. Our group was from Hawaii and many had never visited Chicago, not one of us were disappointed! I do recommend you take this tour (request Josie if you can) and take it on an empty stomach! The food was amazing and full size portions.
Thank you Josie for taking us on a delightful adventure!
