Miami Skyline 90-min cruise departs from Biscayne Bay in the heart of Downtown. Pass the famous Star Island known for Al Capone’s Mansion. Cruise to Millionaire’s Homes Hibiscus Island, Palm Island, Sunset Island, Fischer Island plus famous Venetian Islands. Discover the mansions rich and famous. You haven’t seen Miami until you’ve seen it from the water. Your bi-lingual English and Spanish tour guide will point out the famous homes and landmarks along the way. Enjoy a cash bar on board serving beverages and snacks. Our fleet consists of a bi-level yacht with air conditioning and first level large open windows and shaded top deck. I enjoyed the commentary and laughter! Our tour guide was funny! Arrive early to get your pick of seats. Only about half of the seats were covered, and it remained while we were on the water.

Nice tour overall, it could be more organized to make it a better experience for all.
The cruise was beautiful, the guiding very fun as well.
It was painful the people around, a bit of a crowd very noisy and smoking marihuana on top of us , regardless of children and elder people.
But the cruise and tour were very very pretty to enjoy.

Bad service at Miamitoirs
Very horrible. The info desk at Miamitours did not even move a muscle to help us with the trip that was already booked. They had a hard time communicating with me and every time we’d ask a question they’d answer as if they’re were forced to be there. It took about two hours to get the right info and even then they would not provide us with the necessary stuff, like stickers and papers

The Host was great but it needs to be more organized

The boat was a nice size and the host was funny and gave a great presentation of the homes that we saw. It was a beautiful day so we got to see all the homes in the area. This boat ride was a little bit unorganized as there were no signs letting you know exactly where this boat was. Once we found it, my husband and I were never told to check in so we waited in the line only to get to the front and have to go check in. The good thing is that the host let us get on the boat right away as soon as we checked in. You will need to get there early because there are only so many seats on the boat so you will be standing the whole time if you get on last and you will also need time to find the actual boat because signage is not clear.

The guy navigating the tour was awesome and very knowledgeable!!!! Everyone had good customer service and it was a beautiful night 🙂 We even saw dolphins!!!!!

The Most Perfect Cruise Experience!

I took my took my teenage daughter on this cruise experience and she had the time of her life! The scenary was absolutely gorgeous and the crew were super friendly. I cannot wait to book my next cruise experience when I come back to Miami!

Poor, stay away...

Horrid parking which you are required to pay for, really poor customer service and boat labeling. My party and myself had a very hard time finding the dock and the boat just to be greeted by a very snotty and rude crew. The boat was crammed with no social distancing at all. Avoid this scam in the horrid bay!

Unfortunately there is no free parking anywhere in Miami. I understand that you arrived late and missed the activity. This is a mall area and we can not control individual going to outside open malls. I am sorry to hear that you were late and could not participate. We do ask passenger to arrive 45 minutes prior to departure to give ample time to park and check in.
