i was very sceptical when booking this due to the lack of reviews and not a lot of positivity. i noticed that a lot of people had booked this tour at an excursion booth. the pick up was slightly late picking and the same coming back. the day has a lot of waiting around this is when being on the ferry etc which is out of the tour operators control.

Since the trip is a international trip.How ever sometimes the procedure can take a little longer then expected, but we are trying our best to improve our services .Also we have options for trips for 2 daysor more to the Bahamas. To consider if you want to enjoy a little longer the island.

Racist and Rude Owner
We are on our way to port. The guy who called himself owner of the tour was super rude and unprofessional. We were in car with 4 more people (Italians) The guy who called himself the owner was talking Spanish and the passengers brought to his attention that we don’t understand his language! He asked us where are we from and when he made sure we are Americans told us to come down and use the bus. When i asked why are we supposed to use bus while we want to sit in comfortable car he said we should. I asked why the other people arent using bus and they are staying. He got frustrated and yelled at us. My husband interfered to make him calm down. He is brunette Persian guy and it seems the manager didnt like it and He called us “ F-ing A-holes”. He was racist and had no idea about basic customer services whatsoever!! Instead of listening and understanding the issue first, then resolving it, he kept yelling “you’ll get to the port”!! There is no privilege in this country! The bus was packed, with no air conditioning, and smelled horrible. There is no doubt that we werent going to sit there!
His attitude wasnt acceptable. Definitely, i’ll follow up on his behavior when ill come back from trip! Bad start… Horrible experience!

Nightmare Travel on Ferry FLY! FLY! FLY!

We booked our trip to Bimini through the GoBahamasPlus website for the Fast Ferry to Bimini Hilton. Let's start off by saying there is NOTHING FAST about it. The so called 2 hour trip took 7 hours to get to the island (7am check in - 2pm on island) and 7 hours to get back (5pm check in - 12am exit customes). FLY, FLY, FLY!!!!

The beach is breathtaking! We only went for the day so we didn’t have a lot of time to explore, but the time that we were there was amazing, between expending time on the beach and also in the pool of the hotel. The ride to Bimini was fast, we got there right on time. The staff was great and very helpful. In the vessel there is a bar where you can buy food and drinks. The ride back was also nice. Overall is a great experience, I recommend going for more than one day, that way you can explore more.

Do not do the day cruise. Choose the 2-3 day instead.
Do not do the day cruise. We spent more hours on the fast ferry (7 hours total) than on the island (3 hours). Next time we will do 2-3 days. It was a horrible experience. We got to the port to check in at 7:30am and made it back to the port and through customs at 9:40pm. All for 3 hours on the island. Never again.

Outstanding service
So this is a long one. Booked the Bimini cruise with my family. Saw some horrible reviews about other companies so booked with this one. On day of cruise, they picked us up at hotel on time. No stress and the Manager Victor came on board a while after and presented everyone's tickets. The driver Franko was very friendly.

They dropped us at the port and explained the pick up process. Perfect.

Then the issues happened. The port is so slow, they have no care to speed anything up. We waited hours ( almost 5hours in the port with no explanation from the staff as to the delay) turns out there was a customs issue with the port.

Note - this had NOTHING to do with Admiral. All boats out were cancelled. We were devastated.

To our surprise the bus arrived at the port to take us all back to our hotels. This must have been a logistical nightmare for the company and at such last minute. I have nothing but praise for them. We called their office and they answered straight away and updated us all the way. We called a few times and were always answered and updated.

Sadly for some, they could not rebook due to travel, but we were staying longer in Miami.

Today, we rebooked on (no extra cost of course) and visited Bimini.

The bus collected us and all went smooth.

The company even went back to a hotel as a passenger forgot her passport.

Now for today's issues......

The port is terrible. We were delayed by 30 mins going to Bimini and on return customs took 4 hours to see everyone though ( there was not even that many people to see though ) however, Admiral waited outside for hours to collect every passenger. No one was missed and they reassured us as we turned up on the bus, telling us not to worry.

This port is seriously bad. Slow, non caring, rude, etc.....but again, nothing to do with Admiral. They are fantastic.

Bimini is stunning and the boat ride was fantastic. Everyone so friendly. The ferry is huge, lots to see and do and plenty of space.

I'm really grateful to this company. They really care about their customers. Honestly. Book. !!!!

The day trip was amazing .. just to get away and relax in crystal clear water .. only down side was the jelly fish .. never swam in water before where the jellyfish were more abundant then the people :/ people were literally catching them and throwing them .. outside of that … I loved it .. nice romantic get away

So reading reviews there were some good and bad things said about this ride. But for me everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and attentive or trip was amazing. It wasn't packed. I would suggest if you do the day trip definitely rent a golf cart you will be able to see the island alot better that way. Went the Wednesday before Thanksgiving so that may have been the cause of crowd control but it was an amazing experience and will do again.
