      • Drivers are not allowed to collect payments onboard for the exception of tips. Any cash, or any other form payment made directly with the driver will be considered tip/gratuities.
      • Guests are responsible to notify RapidShuttle for any delays. After the allocated waiting time, if no contact with the party, RapidShuttle reserves the right to record the trip as a No-Show by the Guest. No-Shows are Not Refundable.
      • Guests are responsible to ensure they have the proper safety gear when traveling with children. However, RapidShuttle, upon request, will provide child seats for an additional fee.
      • Collapsible wheelchairs/Scooters with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the Guest(s) is/are accompanied by someone who can assist them, board, disembark and disassemble/assemble the wheelchair/scooter. Please keep in mind that Wheelchairs/Scooters may not fit in a vehicle luggage compartment designated for 1-2 Passengers (Sedan), or 3-4 Passengers (Minivan). Due to the fact that Wheelchairs and or Scoters vary in Size, Shape, and Form. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to ensure that such items can fit on the selected vehicle and or passenger group. Due to liabilities, the driver is not allowed to assist in the disassembly/assembly of the wheelchair/scooter, nor assist the Guest(s) board or off-board the vehicle. RapidShuttle vehicles are Not equipped to provide Access/ADA services. In the event that the wheelchair/scooter cannot fit in the baggage compartment, nor the Guest(s) have the ability to board the selected vehicle/service; RapidShuttle will do their best to find an alternative service for the Guest(s) at their own costs. The Guest(s) understands that these costs will be in addition to their initial cost for the reservation. The Guest(s) as well understand that in the event that RapidShuttle's driver cannot accommodate the Guest(s) due to their own ability to board, and/or off-board the vehicle, and or the scooter or wheelchair cannot fit in the baggage compartment, RapidShuttle reserves the right not to issue a refund for the services.
      • Luggage allowance, Extra/Oversize luggage or items: Your service includes only one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs. and one (1) carry-on up to 20 lbs. It's the customer's responsibility to (1) ensure the Product option they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform the Tour/Service Operator if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the Tour/Service Operator in regards these items; at the TourService Operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicles (if one is available) at the Customers expenses in order to to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items. Such fee should not be less than $15.00 per item nor over $25.00 per item.
      • In the event the Tour/Service Operator cannot accommodate the extra luggage, and or oversize-luggage, and or extra passengers that were not listed and or mentioned in the booking, the customer(s) have the option to either (1) request an addition vehicle from the Tour/Service Operator (if one is available) by making a new reservation and paid for the additional service/vehicle, (2) hire a third party to handle the additional luggage, oversize-luggage, and or extra customers. For safety, and or to prevent additional weight in the vehicle that will incur additional costs, the Tour/Service Operator reserves the right to refuse to carry the additional luggage, and or oversize-luggage, and or additional passengers that were not listed and or mentioned in the reservation. No refunds will be given for unused services.
      • Luggage information: Carry-on bags: Have a maximum size of 22 in x 18 in x 10 in (56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm), including handles, wheels, and side pockets. Also have a weight limit of 8kgs (or 17lbs.) Checked bags: Checked should have a maximum size of 62 linear in (length + width + depth) and a maximum weight of 23kgs. (or 50 lbs.) Bags that are overweight may incur additional charges or will not be allowed in the vehicle if it does not fit. Personal items: Personal items, such as purses, backpacks, and laptop bags, must fit under your seat or in your lap. They usually have a maximum size of 8 in x 18 in x 14 in. NOTICE: Inform the Tour Operator before you book your services, if you have extra luggage, and or oversized luggage, so the Tour Operator will suggest to you on the type of Product option you should select.
      • Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, RapidShuttle reserves the right to hire a RapidShuttle Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner it will be limited to the Client's name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pickup/drop off information. In the event RapidShuttle sees the need to use one of our Affiliates and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, RapidShuttle will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get service interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
      • RapidShuttle is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongings upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
      • RapidShuttle staff will do their best to track flights Arrivals for all Private Services. However, it's the Traveler's responsibility to contact us and inform us of any delays, cancellations or flight changes. In addition, is the Traveler responsible to let RapidShuttle's agents know if they are running late due, but not limited to Luggage, Costumes, and or Emigration Issues.

        Awesome Tour Alot Of Fun
        Awesome! We had alot of fun, the tour guide gave us a history story of the different location, and was very personal. I highly recommend Rapidshuttle for tours. When come back to California, I will take a different tour with them.

        Great ride from ship to LAX!
        Needed an early ride from the cruise ship and this completely filled the bill. From pickup to drop off, it was probably the smoothest part of our entire trip! Lysander was very personable and a great drive. If we get out there again, we will be booking again for sure

        Paulo was so obliging and was ready to change the itinerary to suit our needs
        A great day doing Hollywood, with traffic jams our guide knew the best routes and we got to see LA. The diversity of LA is amazing

        Beautiful way to see the sights!
        Easy reservation and great pricing for a nice get away from the daily grind. Lots of beautiful views of ocean and the gardens... Will rebook again!!!

        Do not stay at this property unless it gets an update, and make sure you get sheets/towels or bring your own.
        Property know as ECC 930. ( classed as bungalow but top floor) We booked with VRBO/NOVASOL. DATE; 08/05/2023 till 18/05/2023. Where do i start? Bad points 1st. Property classed as bungalow but was in fact up 2 flights of steps, the lift apparently wasnt working. Myself and my partner do have mobility issues, knees/hips and spine, but hey ho we just got on with it. property very small but as there was only 2 of us that was ok. All crockery/cutlery had to be washed before use as it was dirty, bits of food and god knows what still on untencils. shower floor in corners were full of soap scum. I paid 90 euros,, 65 euros was cleaners to clean after we left, (looks like they didnt bother be for we got there) & 25 euros was suppose to be for sheets and towels. What we got was a double duvet cover and the towels looked like they had come down from the mountain with Moses! they were hard, and washed that many times they were grey! Not impressed at all. We only had a small seating area outside of front door, which trapped all the cold and wind, you actually had to walk half way down the steps of property to see if it was sunny and warm. We were also not told about the shared swimming pool 100 meters down the road. When the pictures of property were advertised it showed that the pool was located at back of property which you entered through your Own back gate. Property needs a good updating, there is only one electrical socket in kitchen which you shared for kettle/toaster and microwave. T.v in main bedroom we could not use as there was no remote and lounge remote would not work with it. Both bedrooms smelt musty and wardrobes also smelt very badly of damp, i had to spray our main wardrobe with perfume/aftershave before we could use it. Good points are, good Wifi and large tv in lounge, near to shops (big shops) like Aldi,, Lidl, Macdona, and Consumme, these are to your left as you step from property and a 5mins walk To your right it is a 5 mins walk to tobacco shop and square to bars etc. Would I stay here again,,, NO.

        Website failed and call in support was worse
        I did not actually take their shuttle. This is a review of their website and support. I booked a pick up at LAX for late night Monday, 15 July 2019. During the payment process that all showed correctly. After paying, the pick up showed as scheduled for midnight on 10 January 1970. I immediately called their support line as shown on the webpage. Their support line DID answer. That would be a point in their favor except the guy on the phone was so bad. I (admittedly was upset but not at all abusive) explained the issue. He told me it was MY fault that I had entered it wrong because the screen just takes whatever I entered. WTF?!?! Even if I did it wrong, why accuse the victim instead of addressing the issue?!?!? I called him a liar because that historical date was not even an option! He said he would cancel the reservation so I read him the code. I asked how I would receive cancellation confirmation and he just hung up. He did NOT cancel it. LIAR! Later I cancelled it from the webpage.

        Great place
        I've been here before...but this time I got to see it through my granddaughters eyes .Amazing place new attractions since I last went there much for the kids to see....highly recommend but be prepared to spend money...not as much as at Disneyland but pricey
