We were unable to attend despite paying for a spot hours in advance because the owner oversold the bus and allows people that paid hours after us to have our spot. He was extremely rude and disrespectful about the situation and not apologetic at all. Simply told us to wait an hour for the next bus or miss out all together.

Never had such a rude customer experience! First he took off before I even had my baby buckled in. I thought ok maybe he just didn’t know. But then we slow roll past a quick glimpse of the Hollywood sign which from online I was expecting to be able to get a picture of. 3 people asked if we were going to be able to get pictures and be ignored them so I asked a lil louder and he says no there’s nowhere to stop that’s not included. Then why was everybody on the bus expecting it and then he quickly cuts me off mid sentence and says so anyway. Everybody just looked at each other shocked at his rudeness and there we were 5 mins in vibe killed.
We did see some cool views but nothing we couldn’t have drove and saw ourselves. The Hollywood sign was a huge part of us going and I know it’s a lie because there is a viewpoint that I went to on a different tour which was overall sooo much better but I can’t remember which one it was. But they gave us so much more history and closer look at houses.
And then on top of that they take you to the Beverly Hills sign and drop you off in the park for 15 mins. The tour was already less than 2 hours and we spend 15 mins of it looking at one sign. Probably more once we unloaded and loaded.
Then at the end a couple people still tried to tip him and he insulted the amount and didn’t take it. They wanted $10-15 per person and I’m sorry but we didn’t have that on our last day of vacation with 7 people on top of the $300 we paid for a tour we regretted taking. To a person who was rude. Then somebody asked where the bathroom was and he obviously ignored him and when he asked him again nicely still, he snapped over there. This was as I was asking the lady if there was a different tour that showed the Hollywood sign cause we were under the impression we were going to see it she starts walking away from me as she’s like no I never told you that and didn’t even entertain a 5 second conversation with me. I’m so upset that we spent that much money on something that I don’t have a good memory from. If your booking a tour I suggest another one.
And I’m a top google reviewer and have never left a one star review. But this was exceptionally bad.

This is a great experience. The staff is really friendly, our driver Ryan was very helpful and funny , he explained and make jokes , he makes character voices , it was a really entertaining and enjoyable experience.
We definitely recommend this tour if you want to live (for a little bit) the Hollywood-Beverly Hills experience.

My tween daughter and I decided to head north from San Diego to check out Hollywood. I looked into quite a few tour companies and decided to give this one a try. I'm so glad I did! The driver was extremely knowledgeable and fun. She had a great sense of humor. She gave a great run-down of the celebrity homes, shared some interesting Hollywood stories, and unexpectedly had an amazing understanding of luxury cars (of which we saw many!). The tour took us through the Hollywood hils, through Beverly Hills neighborhoods, through Rodeo Dr., through the Sunset Strip, and back up Hollywood Blvd. I had not been to this area in years, so it was absolutely enjoyable to let a professional do the driving (and entertaining). As a bonus, this is a new company, so the vehicles are almost immaculate. I highly recommend giving this tour a try.

We took this tour with our 5 kids, while visiting LA from the Toronto, Ontario Canada area our kids consist of some teens and some adults. We had Elizabeth as our tour guide, We started chatting outside the restroom while we were in line. She is so funny and very kind, Easy to talk to. Then during the tour she knew all the great spots to pull over to take great pics, she has all of the inside info about the celebrities and their homes! and makes you laugh along the way. How she drives (and drives well, Those hills are tricky) and talks and is entertaining all at once is super amazing to me, We were grateful to have chosen this tour. its affordable and super fun! This tour was so much fun! I’m a caregiver and La local who was searching for an activity to distract one of my patients. He absolutely loved it, the tour guide was really funny, we saw beautiful sights and learned many facts about the city! The staff was very friendly and the front desk girl was extremely helpful when purchasing my tickets. Thank you!

Chelsee was great - she knew her stuff, navigated the crazy traffic and all the while kept the group informed on what we should be looking at. The downsides are the van had closed top and big supports blocking views. Also, the tour moves very fast and sometimes hard to see things. We had one stop at Beverly Hills sign - it was ok but perhaps there is a better place to stop with more to 'see'.

Left later than scheduled and arrived back sooner than scheduled. Stopped for a restroom break so way shorter than described. The driver was very personable and pointed out some great celebrity homes but on the list of things we would see was the Hollywood Sign which was never even pointed out. After return went in to complain and were told it did go by the sign??? Never told to look and never saw. If there would be a next time I would not schedule in advance. Once there many along the street trying to get your business and discounting the price so would be cheaper to shop when there. Overpriced for the experience in our opinion.

We had a great time seeing the various sights and getting a great insight into where the celebrities live. Our driver Phil was fantastic, combining just the right amount of humour and facts about the lives of the stars. It is also worth noting that the bus we went on was really comfortable with lots of space. The canvas roof was much appreciated as we went on a really hot day, but the roof provided shade without compromising the views. Overall this was a great 2 hours that we can thoroughly recommend.

I took a tour with Jason while visiting for my birthday. It was a good time, filled with good sights and laughs. He knew a lot about the locations he took us to, and would stop for pictures. He knew it was my birthday, and we were the last tour of the day, so we even got to stop at In-N-Out. I highly recommend the tour to see all the popular spots in Hollywood (and beyond), you’ll definitely be able to cross all spots of your list after this tour! Also very covid compliant, the guide wore a mask the entire tour, as did everyone on the bus.
