Toured Hollywood sign area, Mulholland Drive, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive and Hollywood Blvd. Continuous narration and stops along the way! Highly recommend this 1/2 day trip!Written 4 November 2024

- Mammacos0 contributionsOk, not greatThe trip was OK. Your guide was great and knew his stuff, but overall we were bored. Seeing the back of a garage of a celebrity doesn’t count as seeing their home. Maybe we weren’t as impressed with LA?? Not sure but not a good use of our money. Once again, originally was knowledgeable about the area, we were just unimpressed!Written 7 July 2024
- dmgcruise0 contributionsThe perfect 3 hour tour!!!We had a blast on our 3-hour private tour of LA! Our guide, Adam, was absolutely fantastic. With limited time in the city, we chose a private tour to maximize our experience, and it was the best decision. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and great at tailoring his information to match our interests as we got to know each other during the tour. He also doubled as a great photographer, capturing wonderful shots of us in fun spots along the way. If you only have three hours to explore LA, this is definitely the best way to do it. Thanks for an awesome tour, Adam!Written 1 July 2024
- jennifercO1290NZ0 contributionsNo customization to the promised custom tour, Not worth booking the private tourWe picked this particular tour company and the private tour because of how much their website says you can customize a private tour and see hidden gems. I booked the tour a few months in advance and spoke to them at length about what I was looking for - namely, I wanted part of what is included in their Hollywood tours and then I wanted to see some of the LA street art I've seen other tours offer. I even asked if we needed more time to incorporate the street art. I told them we didn't need to see Beverly Hills as we'd already gone and that we didn't really have an interest in celebrity homes. They assured me everything was in order and it would not be a problem at all. When we checked in, they ushered us off to a driver who while nice, knew nothing about the customizations I asked for in advance. He didn't even know we were a private tour. First, the tour advertises taking you to the Walk of Fame and to see some historic theater near there. This isn't exactly true as their office is located on the Walk of Fame. So yes, you see the stars walking to their office, and the driver told us some history, but there's no tour of it and they couldn't tell us where specific stars were located or take us to specific stars. There was no picture taking at the stars. I'm also not sure what theater we were supposed to see as that wasn't included. Next, the driver knew nothing about our request to see street art. To his credit, he tried googling some stuff and it's not as if he knew in advance to prepare. He drove us to downtown LA to show us a graffiti tower which while interesting was not something we could get out and look at. He also drove us by the statues of where the Lakers play which was great as we are basketball fans. However, he didn't really know where any of the art murals we could take pictures with were located. This was disappointing as during booking I'd stressed how much we wanted this part of the tour. He also didn't really know any local hidden gems to show us. After that, we returned to the usually scheduled tour which was okay but included a lot of driving through celebrity areas to show us where certain stars used to live or where certain move scenes were filmed. Most the stars and movies were older though so my teens were thoroughly bored. The Hollywood sign stop was nice as he seemed to take us to a more hidden spot for good pictures. Overall it was a very generic tour and something I could have booked anywhere. My young adult kids said they did not really enjoy it. There was definitely no benefit to booking a private supposedly customized tour.Written 1 July 2024
- tommysY6005ML0 contributionsCesar the great(Hollywood 3hr private tour)Really enjoyed this tour. Cesar was our guide and he did an excellent job sharing the highlights an got us very close to Hollywood sign. He is also very good at explaining the ins and outs of the city and gave us plenty of time to take pictures at the 3 stops. Loved seeing the mansion In Beverly and Cesar knew the houses and past and previous owners. He also showed pics of each house and played scenes from movies in the locations we were at. This is a must do when visiting Hollywood!!Written 27 June 2024
- H5704TYvaleriek0 contributionsBEWAREWorst experience I’ve ever had with a customer service employee. The front desk person, Mango, is unwelcoming, unfriendly, immature, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I think you get the idea. It is an absolute shame that she is the “face” of this business. I would give ZERO stars if it was about the check-in process and how we were treated as customers. HOWEVER, because the manager, Vincent, handled the situation with such graciousness and integrity, I have given five stars. He offered us a refund and to rebook another tour. (None of which we asked for, it was his kind gesture because of how Mango mistreated us) Vincent also promised to review camera footage to verify her behavior. The camera does not lie. In fact, Mango was so belligerent that he asked her to leave the room, which she did, only to turn around and yell some more. I have never in my many years of life experienced anything like this. This girl should not be employed here or any place where customer service is required. She would not provide her name to us until the manager arrived. She then proceeded to accuse us of lying about showing ID…she knew she was in the wrong and was desperate, scrambling, and lying herself. I cannot stress enough how toxic this individual is. I can only assume she will be terminated. But, if she’s still there, be prepared for a very negative start to your day. P.S. Our tour guide, Santo, was energetic and fun. We had a really nice time with him on the tour.Written 27 June 2024

We were touring the US for a month in January and only had 3 days in LA so we decided to look for a tour to help us see most of the city. After some research, it appeared that this what the company to go with. We did the 3 hour Los Angeles VIP tour and it’s deserving of all the good reviews. Great tour guide, lots of history, great photos and lots of fun! If you’re looking for a tour that’s the one to do! They will not disappoint! I’m recommending you guys to all my friends coming to LA

We had a great tour of Los Angeles with Vincent! He took us very close to the Hollywood sign and showed us really awesome spots all around the area. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and we felt very safe with his COVID safety protocols. Also a great photographer! It was a great relaxing way to see some iconic areas of the city, I would definitely recommend taking the LA VIP tour with him.

Our family of 4 (two adults, two teens) had a fabulous afternoon touring with Sam. He is warm, funny, easy-going, and full of information about interesting aspects of our tour. He's also a skilled and savvy driver, which meant we got that "VIP" access to places that the typical tourist may not get to see. The tour was just the right length (at 3 hours) with a perfect balance of driving time and hopping out to see things. We had a lot of laughs, took many photos, and brought home great memories. Thanks for making our last day in Los Angeles so much fun, Sam!

I've taken a lot of tours before. This one was somewhat unique for a few reasons. One - there were only 6 people. The van was clean (we watched it be sanitized prior to us getting on) and the a/c worked a little too well (a super hot day but we were freezing by the end of the tour). Also we loved our guide, Vincent. He was very nice and friendly and really made it fun and he seemed to really enjoy what he does. We also got to see a lot of different areas of LA in a short period of time, which was nice. Also, masks were required in the van and that was strictly enforced by Vincent, which made me feel very safe. Vincent asked us numerous times over the course of the tour if we wanted water or snacks, which was very nice.
I was most excited to get so close to the Hollywood sign and take pictures, and this tour definitely delivers on getting you up close, way closer than you could get on a larger tour. The only bad thing was that in all of the pictures Vincent took of us at both the Hollywood sign and the palm tree-lined street we were in the shade so you literally can't see us the shadows are so bad. I wish I was better at Photoshop that I could fix these but I did my best adjusting brightness, contrast, etc. with minimal luck. Not his fault (I should've looked myself to make sure the photos came out ok after they were taken) but that was disappointing to discover after the tour was over. I would suggest if you take this tour make sure to check your photos before you leave each spot just in case.
Got some great views of the valley from Mulholland which was really cool, and appreciated going through Beverly Hills and learning some things I didn't know. I would say, though, that this tour is about 50% LA sightseeing and about 50% visiting celebrities' houses (or mainly just seeing the gate of celebrities' houses) so if you're not into that you may want to find another tour.
Lastly, when I booked the tour it said it included admission to the Gracie Mansion but when we went it was closed so we only got to see the front gate pretty much. Not the tour company's fault but it would've been nice if we were informed before the tour that that was the case. I felt we got a little less than we paid for because of that.
Overall I would recommend this tour but it was a bit different than I was expecting.

Straight off the flight and on the 3 hour tour with Sergio. It was just my 9 year old daughter and I and I could not recommend more highly. She loved it, she asked lots of questions and Sergio held her attention the whole way. The sites were perfect and given we are only here 3 days we got a great sense of the city, history, life and the scene. Can’t recommend more highly thank you

Listen. Do yourself a favor and take this tour! I was raised in SoCal, and even I had a great time listening to our excellent tour guide Vince tell us the history, fun facts, and little-known secrets about L.A., Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. The 3-hour tour was well-paced and included multiple stops for photo opportunities, and Vince got us REALLY close to the Hollywood sign. My three teen girls enjoyed the stops at various sites popular among TikTok and You Tube personalities, and were excited to drive by the lavish (albeit gated) homes of several pop culture stars. Our group ranged in age from 11 to 55, and Vince was able to draw everyone in. A great tour was had by all!

Super fun trip around LA. Our tour guide Shane was a blast and really knowledgeable about this town. He was also a really safe driver and added just the right amount of humor to the sites. He also helped us capture some fun pictures. It was worth it to go for a bit longer tour with fewer people. Note: the van is enclosed (not open air) and you’ll be sharing breathing space with people outside your party unless you’re a party of 7. Overall, a good value and a fun afternoon!

My husband and I took the Shared 3 Hours Los Angeles VIP Tour by Gold Ticket LA on Monday, October 9, at 11:30 am, with Jared as our driver and tour guide. He was very professional and an excellent guide. We were given a bottle of water and choice of snack before leaving. We made it to every stop that is listed on the description in a timely manner. The small size of the group was perfect. There were only 8 of us in total. Being able to have brief stops at three points was a plus, so we could get photos and use the restroom, if needed. I loved being able to get good photos of the Hollywood sign, the Beverly Hills Hotel and the Beverly Hills sign, as well as a few others. While it wasn't easy to photograph some of the homes as we were passing by, Jared showed us aerial views on his iPad as he was passing by certain homes. He also played music that was appropriate to certain areas we passed. The whole experience was well worth the price and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Afterward, we walked up and down Hollywood Boulevard to get more photos. We also found it easy to find parking at a lot nearby. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience!

Our tour guide was Vincent and he was fabulous! Super knowledgable and helpful with recommendations of things to do after as well. We saw way more than we thought we would and had a great time...and not fighting traffic was magic! We took our 14 year old daughter and he was great about pointing out things that she would specifically be interested in! Highly recommend this tour!
