- Paulajmiranda00Amazing AngkorToday I had the pleasure to visit Angkor temples with Nak. Everything was wonderful. I was received with great attention and details. Nak was very kind and took a lot of photos for me. He was very knowledgeable and proud of his heritage. The temples were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this tour. Don’t forget to ask for Nak as your tour guide.
- Nene01279400Words...do not do this one justice.Embark on a journey and discovery into the most spectacular day of waterfalls and views beyond your imagination. It's all very safe...but so much fun.. Walk out to the edge of the cliff and look down on the world...see the temple on the mountain and carvings in the river before getting to swim in the waterfall. We stopped at a restaurant and local stall on the way back...all very nice. Take a towel....and change of clothes and some cash to hire a locker to store your stuff while you swim.
- Geoff C00Amazing ExperienceHad a great day with Nak. I cannot imagine another guide with the same level of passion and knowledge of Angkor Wat and Cambodian history as Nak. He adjusted the day to suit our requirements, would definitely recommend Nak if you want to really gain insight to the temples and their history.
- Savvyboyyy27400Use Phy the tour guide to see the 3 most amazing templesMy guide was a helpful guy named Phy who I would highly recommend you request. It was a great well organised tour with pick up and drop off. You get to see 3 of the most amazing temples, with very interesting information about things you would never know without a guide.
- wynekeh00Great!The tourist guide was great, he knew a lot about the floating village. The village and the nature was beautiful!
- Wander1998276549200Amazing Tour! Definitely recommend! The tour was incredible! We learned a lot about the history and got to see everything we hoped for! Would recommend to anyone if you are looking for a nice and relaxing trip through the floating forest and floating village!
- venkatesanm202000Great Tour Guide, Shout-out to Mr. PhyMr. Phy, our tour guide from Green Era Travel, was one of the highlights of our trip to Angkor Wat, Bayom, and Ta Phrom (Tomb Raider) temples. He made the tour, on a hot humid day, a fun experience. Loved it
- byklossner00Bats Cave was fantastic!I booked the group tour and was surprised that I received a private tour since no one else booked this tour that day. As already mentioned, my highlight was also the Bambootrain and of course the Bats Cave. Sath and Channa made it possible for me to have a wonderful day.
- Toofewbooks00Delightful Day at AW With Friends and Guide SathOur day trip to the Angor Wat temples, guided by Sath and driven by Chana was perfection. We felt safe and cared for the whole day, from our 8 am pick up at our Lodge to our drop off just before 3 pm. Sath knew all the interesting facts and was always down for picture taking. He went the extra mile for me (Cecelia) in particular. I had a nasty cold and Sath made sure to take lots of breaks and took me to a local pharmacy for some much needed cold medicine.
- Cantor1200Great day at Angkor Wat and other sitesWe had a great tour today with Sath Ty. He was very knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend this tour of the small circuit. The van was comfortable and driver did a great job. It got hot on the tour but the air conditioning in the van and ice cold bottles of water were very much appreciated.
- Gesthimani C00Amazing tour worth doing!!What a fabulous tour!! The tour guide Mr. Nak was amazing!! His English was excellent and he was so well informed, so polite and friendly! He taught us so much about Cambodia we were very impressed . The driver Mr. Vuthay even with his limited English was so kind opening out doors , offering us cold water and cold towels that had a refreshing lemon smell . Generally this was an awesome tour of the most beautiful temples I have seen!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
- Voyager4944183480500Best tour in Phnom PenhSiphat was brilliant. Picked me up from my hostel and told me everything I needed to know. His stories were incredible and I am so glad I had a tour guide rather than the audio guides for the places we went! Thank you Siphat for a brilliant day!
- Kpok4400The Battambang tour with Nak is a must do! You won’t be disappointed.Nak was a fantastic tour guide! This tour was exactly what I was looking for. It showed the highlights of Battambang in an easily digestible manner. Nak was extremely knowledgeable about Battambang and Cambodia. He spoke very good English and was easy to understand. He was patient but also kept us on schedule. He is also a wonderful photographer and knows the best photos ops! I high recommend this tour and Nak as a tour guide!
- lenalG6239NA00Do not miss this experience when in Siem ReapThe private tour with our guide Vantha was amazing!! He took us to the local market and showed us many local products that we had no idea about. To see the fishing village later on and how the locals live was very impressive. Vantha is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. This tour is definitely recommended (it’s much less touristic which is great). We also did the little mangrove boat tour which was magical, we even saw a monkey in the trees.
- markellyad00Amazing place must visitWe had an incredible afternoon with Narin, our guide. He had so much knowledge about the communities we visited and made our tour very special finishing with the sunset over the lake. If you want to explore a way of life entirely different than yours, you should see these communities and huge Lake Tonle Sap. Thank you Narin and our wonderful!

We booked The Advance Ticket and Sunrise Tour. But it took me a few e mail exchanges to get the tour part of our booking agreed and then we were on a tour where we ended up making two trips to the ticket office anyway as the people on the tour (6 of us) didn’t have an advance ticket. Maybe it’s because of CoVid and the drop in visitor numbers but there were no queues at the ticket office when we went so don’t pay more than $37 per ticket, unless you can guarantee a tour with pick up from your hotel. To get the most from the temples you do need a guide and transport, we ended up having a great day.

We took at sunrise trip to Angkor Wat and it was well worth it. Watching the sunrise behind the temple is breathtaking. It also pays to go early because you can enjoy exploring before it gets too hot. A remarkable experience...make sure you have your camera ready!

Had a fantastic time adventuring around the temples. I had booked my 3 day pass through trip advisor prior to me arriving in Siem Reap, and it was waiting for me at my hotel the day that I arrived in Siem Reap. When I arrived in Siem Reap, I booked a tour guide and tuk tuk driver to take me around the temples for the first 2 days. The guide and driver were super helpful, and gave such good history and information about each temple that we went to. They also helped me to find the best picture spots, and took pictures of me
The last day, I only had a tuk tuk driver take me around so I could closely examine some of the temples on my own terms, and just breathe in the majesty of the surroundings.
I will say though, at each temple there are people selling things, they were less likely to approach you if you had a guide with you.

Two ways to get a Angkor World Heritage Pass.
You can apply online - you will need a recent picture/photograph and printer to print the document out.
Can apply in person - and have you picture taken and a pass is printed out and given to you directly.
When we applied for ours (Dec 2023) we did not need to produce any ID/passport to obtain pass.
We told our tour guide we needed one...and passes were asked for at three of the temple areas

Me and my wife keep changing our travel date due to work commitment. But Green Era service person, Sath accommodated us and response very quickly to all my email. They are willing to change our date of visit at no cost. In the end, I travelled alone and they are willing to convert my wife portion to another full day guided tour for me. Very good service. I highly recommend them.

I paid the extra money for the convenience of having my 3-day pass delivered to my hotel. I asked for my one day pass to be changed to a three day pass and received an amazing service from a very patient and helpful member of the team, Sath. Highly recommended.

Angkor Wat was an amazing place to visit! Must see! My tour guide could speak English well. His name is Chet. He was intelligent, kind, accommodating, helpful, courteous and safe to be with. He is one of the best tourist guides which I have met. Go there when it is sunrise! It was fantastic to see the sunrise beside the Angkor Wat Ruins Temple. It was so huge and clean and we'll maintained. It is a UNESCO World /National Heritage.

Very good ticket delivery system, I was a little sceptical but it all went well with no trouble.
Driver and guide arrived at 4.30 as arranged.
And I must add our guide, San, was superb. He was passionate about the temples and all things Cambodia!! His knowledge was quite incredible and he informed us clearly all the way round. He knew all the best viewpoints and his photography skills were excellent.
If you read this San, 10 out of 10 for you sir!!

The whole experience was amazing. My tuk tuk driver Sokkhen was incredible. He was very knowledgable of all the temples and made my trip a very enjoyable time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a driver. Also Vibol was great help organising the ticket drop off at my hotel the night before I planned on touring the temples.

The official website (Angkor Enterprise) says that it is the only place where you can purchase entrance tickets for the Angkor Archaeological Park - that tickets purchased elsewhere are not valid. How is this company able to offer these tickets legitimately?

Hi,
I would like to know if the price for all tickets thru travel agent will be the same as the ticketing office by the entrance? i.e. do the travel agent charge a commission when buying tickets from their office and delivery fees? Thank you.

I dont think so but it may also depend from travel agent to travel agent
