Certainly the best water park in the GCC and the family (4 kids aged 14 -7) had a wonderful time
During busy periods line Eid the lines can be an hour for popular rides. The extra money for fast track, whilst expensive, made a huge difference, reducing most waits to 5-10 mins and showing us to go on all rides.
But the wristband collection after booking on line really needs consideration. Waiting 30 mins in a crowded room with 90% of the people choosing and paying on the spot when our transaction/collection took 1 minute was very frustrating. Would a sperate collection desk really be that much effort? Also, not being able to load a wristband with money after purchasing Meals online is archaic. Waiting 20 mins I no Avery long line for a bus was also a little much although to be fair the buses were pretty regular. All in all, just a little more thought and effort in the customer experience prior to entering the park would be welcome when paying nearly 4000 AED for the experience.

We were disappointed about the waterpark.
Very long queues even in low season as we visited the park in february.
The park needs to be renovated in certain parts.
Price,quality does not mix anymore and the aquaxpress lines is an effrontery to all the people who purchase the normal expensive tickets.
Conclusion: to have fun and profit from the rides you have to pay not only 280 aed per person but an additional 200 aed =ttl 480 aed /person.
That prices definitely is not worse a visit

Went here in August 2020 and had a really enjoyable time, the poseidons revenge (where the platform drops) was by far the most thrilling ride and I personally found it more scary the first time than jumping out of the plane at 13k ft 😅😅. Over all great waterpark, plenty of slides to go on including larger family rides, plenty of lifeguards and staff there in case you have any questions. Within the waterpark there are also a few like golf buggy type vehicles to take you around to the different parts of the park if needed - this is free of charge to use just tell the driver where you want to go and he will drop you off right there. In the main part of the park there is a water rapids/ lazy river which if you like you could float around on all day long, this connects to some of the rides and other slides finish by taking you back into this river. Really enjoyable time there and will certainly be going again in 2021 after the new extension has opened up which will make this water park the world's biggest.
Only downside was that any food and drink items within the part are at least triple the amount of anywhere else within Dubai, my recommendation would be to have an unlimited drinks package which can be purchased or increase the ticket price slightly to include this by default for eveyone who purchases a ticket.

Once our expansion is complete (2021), we will proudly be the biggest waterpark in the world with the addition of a huge 34-metre tall new tower and 12 new slides and attractions. I am staying at the Atlantis right now with my family and we went in to the water park today. We went on the rapid river first, I got flipped out of my inflatable and was dragged along under water by the fast current. I cut my knee and hand. The life guard saw me struggling and did nothing! I eventually managed to stand at the end when the river slowed down. I honestly thought I was going to drown! I could not stand up against the current. I walked out of the water with my knee dripping in blood. I had to ask a member of staff to help me. A lovely first aider called Joanna fixed me up. I just want to warn you that this ride is dangerous! If I had been a young child the outcome could have been very different.
I see now by looking online that many people have been injured on this ride. Do not take young children on this ride! Even as adults be careful! I was very disappointed with the life guards. It seems like they’re used to seeing people get flipped out and struggle for breath against the strong waves and they just watch! This ride is a disaster waiting to happen!

If your staying at the Atlantis then hit the water park at 9am, you can do all the rides before the gates are open to the public.
On the rides where you end up in the rapids jump out at the first exit and get back to completing the water park you can always go on the rapids later.

We were very excited to go here. Its not bad, the problem is getting there and planning to spend half a day there but the aquarium is so small that we were done in 20 minutes. It's well done, well themed, but tiny, very tiny.

So we weren’t able to make it to the water park but did head to the Lost Chambers aquarium - it was just not big enough. The design and theme is nice, and there is one tank that is simply vast and impressive, but that’s it. The other exhibits are all fine, but there’s just not enough of them. We must have walked around it in about 25 mins.
When compared to other top aquariums, well, that’s the issue; it doesn’t compare. They are more interactive and with a far greater array of fish and creatures.
Staff also lack politeness and common sense.

We really wanted to try this experience. Totally worth it. We were a group of 4 and each one of us had an instructor. They guided us through each and every step and signalling. After first time breathing with the equipment everything became magic. We reached bottom said hello to people visiting the aquarium. Time flew and I can only recommend to try it.

What a phenomenal experience. We reserved our own private cabana which is advisable. Moegamad Maruf was our host and he took exceptionally good care of us.
The dolphin experience was unbelievable. Worth every cent. What gentle creatures those dolphins are. The trainers are so professional and organised.
My teenage kids and their cousins went on every slide. They also enjoyed the lazy river. I had the most beautiful swim in the ocean for hours. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you Moegamad Maruf for going the extra mile to make our day so extra special. It’s our fourth time to Atlantis but today was extra special.

Booked a Cabana and Fast lane tickets. Its really clean, organized and friendly. I came with my family (wife, mother in law 60+ and 2 kids (4 & 7 year old). There are activities for everyone. Just amazing!
