The boat ride was a fun surprise, saddle up because it is liking sitting on a wild horse. Perfect for the adrenaline junky traveling with their family. The beach swimming area was a little crowded but it the views were amazing. You get three stops, two shorter ones and one longer one. The staff was pleasant, making sure we were all good. I was a bit hesitant to spend a whole day of my limited time in Split on a single tour, but this one is well worth it. Our skipper Drazen and tour guide Mia took great care of us on the nearly 11-hour trip. They were super courteous, safe drivers and fun leaders. We booked a private boat tour as a group of 8 expecting it to be a more comfortable experience, but we ended up regretting paying the premium. While I understand the RIB boats bounce more, they at least have seats facing forward. The boat we got had 3 seats on the front (2 facing sideways, 1 facing front) and a backseat that could fit up to 3 people comfortably and 4 or 5 uncomfortably. Everyone who rode on the two front side seats ended up with back pain. We had to plan who to sacrifice each long boat ride just so no one individual would get too hurt. On the way back even the back left side wasn't suffering free unless one would enjoy constantly being splashed on the face with salt water for over an hour.
We're all adventurous people in our 30s. This trip we did rafting, zip-lining, ATV driving, scuba diving and lots of hiking. Nothing hurt us as much as this trip. We enjoy adventure and excitement; we don't enjoy back trauma.
Now, there were some positives. The guide was nice and friendly, the islands visited were great even if we didn't get to see the blue cave, and the snorkeling spots were beautiful (though I recommend bringing your own equipment if you have it). I just don't think the type of boat we were given was appropriate for 8 people in the open ocean for such long rides. Yes, it's safe in the sense that our lives were never in danger, but our backs definitely weren't safe.
If you're part of a large group and on the fence whether you should pay extra for a private tour or not, I'd say don't bother. Out of all the activities we did in Split this one was by far the least enjoyable. If we take the boat rides out of the equation I'd probably give the tour 4 stars even without the blue cave, but to me the good parts are just not worth about 3 hours (1.5ish hours from Split to the islands round trip) of suffering with no breaks. We thought we had been extremely unlucky but it turns out the sea conditions we experienced and the blue cave being closed are quite common.

Thank you for the review. As you booked the private tour for 8 people you got the boat which is usually for 10 people. These are the boats that we use for private tours and are nice and comfortable, but unfortunately we cannot affect the conditions at the sea and sometimes the ride can be bumpy like we pointed out in all our descriptions of the tour. We are sorry that you did not enjoy the boat ride but at the same time we are glad that you managed to enjoy the rest of the tour and liked your tour guide. Best regards from Providenca charter team.

We went in late November, so swimming was not an option but our guide Spiro did an amazing job of taking us to all the beautiful sites and villages along the way. My two young girls, wife, and myself all had a great time and saw so many breath taking spots with an end of day sun set while we pulled into the Split harbor. It was so nice being on the water and Spiro was delightful, I would totally do this again and would recommend this even off season.

With our family of 6 we enjoyed an adventurous day filled with beautiful views, short walks and exciting boat rides with our guide Mia and Boat Captain Tina.
This trip is for sure recommended and if you have beautiful weather it can turn out to be one of the best days of your Split visit.
❗️however, if you have a sensitive stomach or motion sickness, this trip is not recommended for you. The speed on which you take the waves are not for ‘relaxing’ - which you should be able to deduce from ‘speedboat’ in the title of the activity. You also spend around 3-4hrs on the boat, so bear this in mind ❗️
The boat has some nice tunes aboard and the guides help you with local restaurants (at discount prices) and enough time and some information at each stop.

Fun full day of high speed adventure! Tina was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable of the area! Stipe was an experienced skipper who we trusted to get us to each destination safely! We were the second boat out of 14 that left with this company that day which got us in and out of the blue cave quickly. Though it’s a short tour, the blue cave is worth the hour+ bumpy ride through the Adriatic Sea. We enjoyed the stop for breakfast in Vis (highly recommend the chocolate croissants from Cukar). Our next stop was Stiniva Cove which was really fun but we wished we had a bit more time to swim at this stop. Our last stop before lunch was the blue lagoon. The island is a cool place with donkeys to meet and multiple beautiful swimming locations. We stopped at Hvar for lunch and were pretty tired by that point in the day. Be sure to get gelato while in Hvar! Overall, it was a fun full day for people who enjoy being on the water!

What a great experience! Tina and Stipe provided us with an amazing experience, full of developments. We weren’t too sure that hopping across five islands in one day would be such a great idea, but they made it perfect: not too slow, not too fast.
Stipe was a great skipper, and Tina was full of witty comments, insightful recommendations and brought us to picture-perfect places. We’d totally recommend this day trip!!

We had a great time on the 5 island boat trip with vana and pupe. Vana and pupe were very enthusiastic and made a great team together. You could tell they enjoyed working together which I think is really important in a job as that will help the guests have a more comfortable ride. They both made our experience fun and rememberable and the music was a bonus, thank you. I would definitely recommend this trip. The pictures below are from vana who very kindly sent them too us.

This was the absolute highlight of our trip. Mia and Johnny were great guides that took us smoothly between all the Islands. I will absolute recommend it for someone eager to explore the areas around Split in an effective manner. The speedboat was also really fun, jumping between waves with great music. 10/10

A breathtaking excursion.
A huge thank you to Mary (our guide) and DJ Jacob (our DJ pilot) for this day which allowed us to be amazed!
The feeling on the boat is extraordinary, the speed, the wind, the sea spray, the music, the landscapes... It's a mixture worthy of a magic potion!
The blue cave is truly magnificent, if you have the opportunity to go there (supplement of 12€/person) go for it!
Remember to take sunscreen, sunglasses and something to cover your head (be careful not to let it fly away!) because the sun gets very hot!
Our pilot was a gem, a wave jumping champion (yes, for real!) with always good music. Our guide was very pleasant and always had a word to explain to us the different stories around the places visited.
In short, don't hesitate for a moment, take this excursion, you will not be disappointed!

I had the best time doing this speedboat trip! The speedboat was so fun, the music they played was great and the islands were amazing! The sea and beaches were so blue and the cave was really cool!!! Absolutely recommend this trip! Our guides were Mia & Johnny and they were amazing, very friendly and informative!!! They went above and beyond. On the way back they spotted some dolphins and took time to follow them - the dolphins were swimming all around the boat, it was incredible! Such a nice way to finish my time in split! Absolutely must do trip and hopefully you get Mia and Johnny!:)

This was a very organized trip and didn’t feel like too much was packed into one trip; yet, you really sea a lot! Our driver, Drazen was lots of fun and gave us some fun wave runs but checked in on us each time to make sure everyone liked it. Mia was very nice and her music choices were extra fun! We swam in all places but you do not have to. I would bring extra water as finding a place to fill is hard and it can be expensive on the islands. Bring cash!
