Night Safari
Singapore Night Safari Tour
Skip a daytime visit to the oft-crowded Singapore Zoo and see how nocturnal animals come alive on this night “safari.” Visit one of Singapore’s top attractions, exploring from an open tram and on a guided trail walk. One moment you’re looking for animals in the dark, and the next you’re spotting them near the tram. The tour also includes aa nocturnal animal show and fire dance performance. Upgrade for dinner.
What to Expect
Your tour begins with a pickup from most major hotels in Singapore and Sentosa Island. Arrive at Night Safari, part of the same wildlife reserve as the city zoo. Hop on an open-air tram and ride around the slightly illuminated jungle park.

Pass a reservoir and drive through habitats designed to mimic the animals’ natural environments. Spot animals along the way and then take a guided walk along “safari” trails. Spot leopards, lions, hyenas, tigers, and hogs along the East Lodge Trail.

Check out the Wallaby Trail to look for wildlife native to Australia.

Your admission includes access to the Creatures of the Night and Thumbuakar shows. If you choose the former, journey into the rain forest for a roughly 20-minute interactive show about the behavior of some nocturnal animals. Thumbuakar is a cultural fire dance performance.

Upgrade for a buffet dinner at the Ulu Ulu Safari Restaurant in a rustic nighttime setting.

It pretty much depends on what you prefer really...a sunny walkabout under the blue skies or a mysterious nocturnal walkabout.
