    Signature Tour Of The City
My wife and I really enjoyed the tour very much. The guide was well educated and very passionate. She was so excited to share her native cultures. We visited city popular spots, took a fun ride and tasted a classic Dim Sum meal. Every part of the tour was interesting. You will not feel bored. One of the best I ever joined.

A wonderful walking tour of Hong Kong
This was a delightful experience. Our guide, Monica, was so knowledgeable and helpful. We covered a lot of ground, including interesting sites, architecture, and plenty of photo opportunities. We had a delicious Dim Sum lunch and egg tart. I highly recommend this tour, our guide and this company.

    Hong Kong
An awesome walking tour of the highlights of Hong Kong Island, the Star Ferry and a touch of Kowloon. Helen was very knowledgeable and provided a comprehensive and concise commentary as we made our way thru the neighbourhood. The beverage, tart and dim sum were excellent. A great overview of the city and Helen provided recommendations for return to various areas. I highly recommend this tour and Helen as your guide.

Excellent way to see the city sights
Gary was an excellent guide for this walking tour around the sights of Hong Kong, he gave us lots of information about the history of the city and what it is like to live and work there. We especially enjoyed the old police station and the dim sum lunch and egg tarts!

    Must - do
We had a great day with Monica, who was infomative and helpful. We walked very slowly , so she tried to keep her pace slow too. She also teach us how to speak their language and guided us how to get back to hotel. I can see why the tour rate so high. Premium service with affordable price. We really had a good time.

    Very local Hongkong citywalk
It's a very nice trip, Monica was really professional, she took us to visit a lot of places, and we got a lot of local and interesting experience today. The restaurants she recommends is also very good, very in-depth tour of Hongkong 黄小姐真的很专业,行程安排的非常棒,悠闲又丰富的游览了中环,上环,了解了香港的很多历史,推荐了很多好玩好吃的地方。

There are 3 aspects to this tour:
1. Logistics: 0/10 the instructions for the meeting point were very unclear. We were expected to find the meeting point which was in a train station that was underneath a shopping mall, for which you needed the metro card or buy a ticket, and to make it worst, the name of the station is very similar to a station nearby, and the meeting point (wich is a store) is also in that other station. So, VERY confusing.
2. Treatment: 0/10 since we were not able to find the meeting point, the tour guide was constantly calling us to point out that we were late and to hurry us, without any intention to really help us find the place (just worried about where were we). She kept saying (and almost screaming) that we needed to apologize to the rest of the group (who also had trouble finding the place btw) instead of helping us. Once in the tour she put the whole group in a very uncomfortable situation as she told to skip a line to get in a bus. Everyone was upset, us included.
3. Tour quality: 5/10. The tour guide was very cheerful and kept energy levels high throughout the tour. The content was a bit superficial though. We would have liked more deep historical context about the Tian Tan Buddha
Also, beware that the tour doesn't include private bus, so if you want to lay back and enjoy, this is not the tour for you.

Unfortunately,I cannot write a comment about the tour.
After receiving an e-mail confirmation for the weekend Tsim Sha Tsui walking tour, we came on time to the meeting point(even 15 minutes earlier than the earliest time for a meeting)' and nobody showed up.
As there is no phone number indicated we tried to write an e-mail to the only address that was indicated on the web site and on the confirmation mail, but this address cannot be reached.
Nowadays as the number of tourists is very limited we might have expected cancelation due to lack of interested people, inform your clients about it in advance !
We waited for more than an hour in the meeting point, a "person with a green
never showed up.umbrella"
Quite disappointing. We will try and give a chance to another company...

I have a family of 8 pax including my elderly parents and I requested for a hotel pick up. The tour operator told me they will provide it at no extra charge but in the morning, they sent a guy to bring us to the MTR station instead n asked us to take the train to the meeting point instead. Even though my mum has difficulty walking, they wanted us to detour to meet another group halfway to the meeting point. This is a tour package but we realised the operator used all public transportation for the entire tour. If we knew that’s the case, we would have done the tour ourselves. Really quite a big disappointment!

Thks your opinion, 1. Usually, we met customer in the meeting point, but we want to make you happy and offer you a good service, so we pick you in the hotel without any charges, and we really not know your mother that cannot walk well in advance. 2. We do not ask you to detour, because from your hotel to get there that is direct way. 3. lantau island is a protected area, so we must arrange special bus, rather than own coach. We strongly believe that there is a misunderstanding and only a exceptional case. Anyway, really thks your opinion once again . Hope to see you again.

We did this tour with the amazing Benedict. It was intimate with 4 groups of 2 from the UK, US and mainland China who never met before. He was a great guide and tailored it to what the groups wanted to see and the flight connection for some attendees.

It felt so genuine, intimate and absolutely not commercialised or rushed like many other tours can be. His own personal spin as a long time islander made this tour what it was.

Would highly recommend this tour without a doubt and absolute credit to Benedict and Matthew from head office who put all the arrangements together. 10/10, A*

Really enjoyed the tour. We went in November 2019. Felt safe. Tour guide showed us the local food and made other recommendations after the tour.
There is so much to see in Hong Kong on foot. I highly recommend taking a walking tour anywhere you go :)

As good the food, we tried bubble waffle and stocking tea! Both yumm.

Was only in Hong Kong for a couple of days in December 2019 and joined the tour to see as much of the city centre as possible within a few hours.
The guide spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the area. He was very friendly and happy to answer questions about the place and culture in general. We were encouraged to try local foods and look inside a few of the local landmarks.
We had a wonderful time, learnt a lot and will definitely be going back once the COVID pandemic is over. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely day out. Ben our guide tried hard to meet our needs whether it was more water or, in my case, gluten free food (tricky in HK). The village was fascinating, great boat trip, sadly no dolphins appeared for us. Big Buddha and temple beautiful. Met some lovely folk on the tour too so we all enjoyed lunch and chatting so much we ran over time. We took the cable car back as did most others although the cost was not included. Only negative was the time taken to gather everyone together from the 2 meeting places…there was an outlet mall to visit whilst waiting though.

From train, to boat to cable car. This trip certainly has it all. Lovely to see how the fishermen and ladies live. Bit disappointing not to see the pink dolphins but guess they are wild animals!! The walk up to the big Buddha gets the heat and muscles puming in the heat but worth it. One piece of feedback is to make sure guests are aware that the cable car is not included in price just in case they dont have enough money on them!

We originally had booked the trip to fill a day on our holiday but after all it turned out to be one of our favourite days of the trip.

The cable car was great, we just got the regular car both ways and we could see clearly the whole way.

The little village was gorgeous, plenty of options to eat and drink aswell, along with some lovely gift shops.

Then the Buddha itself was amazing, they were doing some renovations or maintenance work at the top to just be aware of that.

The temple was amazing, so colourful and we even got to see some of the monks.

Amazing experience 10/10 won’t forget.
