Don’t miss your chance to tour with Ashley! We did the “Trams and Treats” tour in Central, Hong Kong. It was fantastic. She reached out ahead to get our preferences (we needed vegetarian friendly). We had an ideal tour to suit our one day layover in Hong Kong. While we used the trams and treats tour as the basis for our time, Ashley was great at accommodating little variations. Our time was an excellent blend of culture and history, moving about the city and … of course …. The food. Great tour!

At the beginning we were brought to the Chi Lin Nunnery that was serene and peaceful. She was knowledgeable of the historical nd religous context of the temple. From there we were then brought to the K11 Mall with a different pace and liveness to it. It was a well thought out plan as it catered to our different needs as a group. Another trait which Ashley posses is to recommend good restaurants for us to dine in. Highly recommend Ashley as she would cater to your expectations and needs in Hong Kong.

It’s been a real pleasure to spend time with Ashley on our first return trip to Hong Kong for 40 years. As you can imagine our recollection of detail was a bit sketchy so to meet Ashley early on in our visit was perfect. Her tour covered all the great stuff described by others and listed in her introduction but there was so much more…… she was generous with her time, guiding us way into the evening and finding sensational restaurants. Her knowledge and passion for Hong Kong was inspiring. She went out of her way to construct a brilliant itinerary for the remainder of our visit. In February, I got an amazing food tour from Ashley. It ended up to be a private tour, as Hong Kong then just started to welcome tourists again I was the only one, lucky me. I had hours full of eating the most delicious stuff, visiting several really nice places that I would normally overlook, having fun and good conversations with Ashley, learning a lot about Hong Kong, it's history and people, and I walked away with a lot of tips too. She writes you an extensive e-mail afterwards, telling you all the places you've visited or you still should - so no stress during the trip that you will forget something. Ashley even sent me extra specific recommendations by whatsapp when I told her i was visiting someplace, which was so kind. Thanks to Ashley I had the most awesome food trip that I could imagine. Ashley is a fantastic guide: friendly, nice, and really knowledgeable about HK culture and history. Before I arrived in Hong Kong, Ashley checked with me and customised the tour to suit my preferences. I was stopping over Hong Kong between two long flights. The tour with Ashley was a great choice and the highlight of the trip. Ashley is a very knowledgeable guide and a warm and attentive person who looked after me like an old friend.
